We got into this hotel by accident and only because the hotel we were going to became absolutely unbearable in terms of money (thanks to the dollar exchange rate). I read the negative reviews and got upset. But then we decided that we would have a great rest, no matter what! And so it happened.
We flew via BiblioGlobus, which deprived us of six hours of rest (instead of 12:00 we flew at 17:30). We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The polite boy at the reception immediately asked us which rooms we prefer. We asked for a quiet place. We were given the 7th building. Friends room on the 1st floor, us on 3 (we asked for it). They didn’t take money from us for this. The room was clean, everything worked.
They cleaned the room every day, but without much fanaticism. True, the towels were changed daily, although I didn’t throw them on the floor. The towels were clean, warm and smelled good. The bed linen, I suspect, was not changed, but only remade. But we he was not spoiled.

The territory of the three hotels is large, there are pools and slides for every taste and age. My son only rode from adult slides. He did not recognize rugs. He said that they slow down the movement. He liked the pool most of all with artificial waves. It’s a pity that the waves don’t turn on for a long time - for half an hour three times a day. I liked the pool on the territory of Aqua Vista with grottoes and waterfalls. It is wonderful to swim there in the heat, sit on a stone bench in the water and enjoy the coolness.
There are many bars throughout the territory. The bar at the pirate slides gives free ice cream. The bar in the lobby makes wonderful coffee latte and cappuccino. There they also drank a variety of cocktails. The bartenders are the best in the lobby and in the bar of the main restaurant. They remembered that we were drinking and poured heartily with jokes and jokes (for which we got chocolates). And in the beach bar there was a bartender with a mark on his forehead from frequent prayers - he served everyone with great displeasure, apparently, condemned sinners).
My friends and I couldn't understand the bad food reviews. Breakfast - pancakes, scrambled eggs, yogurts, cereals, porridge, mashed potatoes, sausages, vegetables, pastries. Lunch is fish, meat, chicken, fries, pasta, vegetables, fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, melons, dates, figs, grapefruits, watermelon). Dinner is always something grilled meat, pizza, etc. I wonder what is a varied diet, if it is monotonous?
I liked the animators, especially Christina from St. Petersburg - very sociable and friendly. All the time there were some events - some kind of foam disco, then a fire show, then dancing with skirts. We never participate in anything, but here we could not resist, they even did aerobics. On the terrace, the uncle sang live quite well and the people danced. And there is also a disco in the basement (it seems to be building 10). We were there a couple of times, we liked it.
Near the hotel is not a walk-desert. But if you go to the right, go through a piece of desert, there will be shops. Good store Cleopatra Bazaar, fixed prices (much cheaper than in hotel shops), unobtrusive sellers, a large selection of souvenirs and cotton. In the same direction, there is a large shopping center SenzoMall with decent brands and with a large grocery supermarket.

Now the most important thing is the sea. To the beach or 10 minutes at a fast pace or by bus, which runs every half an hour. The main part of the beach belongs to the five-star Albatross, and our three fours got a small piece of the coast and a long pier. To be honest, the first time I meet such that in hotels of the same network you can’t use bars, pools, the beach - the five guards drive from everywhere. We came to the beach around 7:30, so we didn’t feel any problems with sunbeds. hotel, then returned in the evening. We swam on a wild beach to the left of ours. There is clear water and absolutely wonderful soft sand. And there were no numerous Arab families there.
Yes, and never use the services of a diving center located on the beach if you care about your health! They injured my son’s leg so that he couldn’t walk for the last few days, and they weren’t even going to treat it until I started a scandal with their owner. And they just repeated: “Just don’t call anywhere! ” Absolutely disregard for people!
To summarize, the hotel is ideal for families with children from 0 to 10 years old, for them there is a paradise! It was impossible for my 13-year-old to find a company by age. It will be hard for young people who do not like children, they are everywhere, running, shouting, we must remember this. But we really liked it, we didn’t want to leave. We already miss Egypt.
