ROOMS AND THE HOTEL ITSELF: dirt is everywhere from the reception to the rooms. When buying a tour, they showed us a photo of the second hotel, namely the rooms and the territory. she is one. We arrived at 6:00 am. 2 adults + 2 children. We were told check in at 2pm. we asked the reception how much we need to pay to check in now. Because small children, night flight, etc. To which we were told that there were no rooms, they would remove them, it was only after we realized that we were simply deceived.

Somewhere at 13:00 we once again approached and asked the situation. We were given a room key. Went to settle down. The room was located at the very end of the territory near the construction of new buildings. Noise, dirt and gas bottle near the room in the sun! It’s generally creepy to write about the number, I didn’t see such horror even in student hostels, when I was once a student. The room is dirty, old dust. Curtains with holes, wrinkled with traces of mosquitoes, etc. Bed linen is dirty with stains. Open wiring. Instead of a small plasma, an old TV without a remote control, instead of an air conditioner, a non-working fan. ANTI-SANITATION is terrible!! ! I went to change the room, they gave us another key. The room is the same even worse. Next to the one we were given before. With tears in my eyes and with thoughts of where we got to, I went to the reception, call our tour operator and ask what the hell is going on. We tried to find a guide from the company of the meeting party, of course he was not at the hotel. At the reception, my actions stirred nervously. Then they provided a room in separate buildings belonging to the second hotel, namely Auqa park 4 * /. The room was dirty, the fridge did not work, but much better than the previous ones. Only 3 rooms were occupied in the entire building. It was these numbers that were shown to us when buying a tour. Next.
NUTRITION. Poor, almost no meat. They gave fish, but it was not possible to eat it. There were no fruits either, they were motivated by the fact that it was not in season. The juices were diluted to such an extent that it was simply easier to drink water! In general, we didn’t go hungry, we didn’t need much. But not what kind of food. The reviews read squid, meat, etc. , don't make me laugh!!!
Anyone who travels should understand that at 17:00 you will no longer be able to swim in the pools, and in the sea after 18:00. They just don't allow it, they say it's closed. Defiantly pour chlorine into the pool, when there are children, after 17:00.
SEA. We were warned that the second coastline, 500 meters, ON THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL. They just didn’t warn us that it was actually 2-2.5 km and we had to go outside the hotel and cross the highway. Despite the fact that it is not cool at all and small children. This was a surprise for us too! Fortunately, a small bus runs there every half hour (you will not see this even in the Crimea). We adjusted and then went on it.
The only thing we liked was the sea. Clean and beautiful. But even here we were shocked, the sun loungers on the sea from our hotel were located away from the sandy beach on the rocks. Or on the other side of the spit, not fenced with stones. But still, we are delighted with the sea!
ANIMATION. Zero, just zero. We were told that our children would be constantly busy with something. For children, animation, a playroom (which, by the way, did not work). Nothing really but 20 minutes of kids disco in the evening. And just musical accompaniment, although not, a couple of times there was a show for 20 minutes and that's it.

And the most interesting thing is that our hotel was 65-70% filled with local Arabs (because there are simply no Russian tourists, hotels incur losses, they fill in whoever they can. ).
