All inclusive) The hotel is overcrowded, so there is nothing to breathe and nowhere to sit, there are a lot of Russians, which is also not very good, since many allow themselves to relax like a pig, I can safely call them cattle. The staff, the one who cleans, brings, drags, is good, but the managers and reception are rude. It's cold in the room, it's dripping from the ceiling, the toilet smells like sewerage, it's cleaned carelessly, the water runs badly and the pressure is weak. On the day of departure, the towel was missing (more likely they stole it themselves) - they demanded 300 pounds, but we did not pay - in the end they did not let us out and we almost missed the bus. As a result, our guide gave his towel (name is Abdul - a noble man), who could not stand their perseverance and pettiness and how we defended our truth. Fool our brother! In general, the hotel - 2 stars to remove!
