Такой грязи еще не видела!!! I have never seen such dirt!

Just got back from Egypt in this. We stayed for 4 years in this terrible hotel. Vouchers were generally bought to another hotel and at the last moment, but there were no places there and we were settled in this Montillon. Personally, I rested in Egypt for the 4th time, but I have never seen such dirt. The hotel area is large enough, but nobody cleans it properly. All the windows are dirty, in the dining room no one wipes the tables at all, the plates and cups in restaurants are either broken or dirty through one, I just rinse the glasses in bars and then pour another person a drink (we tried to drink only from disposable cups). The attitude towards Russians is disgusting, until you give a dollar, no one will do anything to you (they won’t bring water, they won’t change towels, etc. ) We were generally settled in a single suite for 4 people, but for some reason there were only 2x2 towels large and 2 small ones) No one has heard of a foot towel at all. Towels for another 2 were brought a day later, but they never brought for the legs. Lots of claims. We caught the fire, but thank God it was not our building, but just in case, we collected things and were ready to leave. But surprisingly, no one was even going to notify people about what had happened, somehow reassure and explain what was happening. Poor people who lived in a building that was on fire. In general, objectively, the hotel can be given 2 stars and all of them are only for the large territory and clear sea !! !
