Everyone thought maybe I was really biased, BUT when I read a lot of reviews I realized that they all need to be divided into those who really were there and rested in this hotel and those who work there or have something to do with the sales of this hotel. Because the reviews are directly opposite, there are practically no halftones, either outright negative, or praising this hotel marked "GREAT! " Which, of course, cannot correspond to reality.
I have been in this hotel 4 times before this year and I have something to compare with

1. The hotel cannot position itself now not only as 5 stars that hang on the facade, but even 3 stars I would give with a stretch.

The food is organized out of hand badly, tasteless, greasy, queues, tables are not cleaned on time, there are not enough spoons, forks, cups, you can’t ask for small spoons at breakfast, when everyone eats they hastily start cutting sausages and frying on the grill, so that at least something feed those who decided to wait out these crazy queues for rations.
salads run out quickly, there are practically no vegetables and fruits in their natural form. The food is very monotonous, the menu does not change
in general. After 3-4 days, I already feel sick from the smell of what is being prepared.

4. the hotel is not designed for the number of people who rest in it, but I think what will happen when another building is opened and a water park is connected to it, it just becomes scary for those who will go there after us. The beach is already unable to cope with that the number of people, the people are like herring in a barrel, if you want to take a sun lounger closer to the sea, then pliz an alarm clock for 5 hours, since there are already no places near the sea at 5-30. Ships in the amount of 3-4 moor on the beach in the morning, of course the smell , fuel oil on the sand, what is called production costs.
There is also an ambush with towels on the beach, I watched how people came to change towels, and they were told that they would not change them, and if they insisted, they gave towels from the basket that they had taken out before that, that is, someone else’s dirty towels were given to others so that they would not open their mouths and did not demand clean towels. We also saw how the hotel workers themselves took towels from the sunbeds and then demanded money for these towels... they have such a business.

5. The rooms are quite decent, there are even good ones, as far as cleaning is concerned, if you get a normal cleaner, then everything will be OK, if not, they may not clean it for 2 or 3 days, regardless of whether you leave a dollar or not.
6. The territory is very small for so many people, but clean.
7. Animation didn't interest me, so I can't say anything about it.
8. There were no problems with communication at the reception, absolutely normal adequate people tried to help if there were problems. I can’t say anything about the top management of the hotel.
it is useless to talk with the manager, he seems to be listening but does not hear and is terribly surprised at everything when you tell him about the negative things in his hotel.

Of course, in no case will I recommend this hotel to anyone, and most importantly, parents with children, because there is nothing for children to eat at all, I watched mothers try to feed their children, as a result, eternal fries and chicken EVERY DAY !! ! in one form, boiled or fried and poured with a greasy sauce...
