As an ordinary tourist, I booked a ticket in advance : ) Departure on January 29.8-30 am. Since January 25, all relatives and friends have been on their ears - there are riots in Egypt, war, corpses. Mead's website pleased me with a recommendation that it's stupid not to go to Cairo. Despite all the persuasion, having made a call to Hurghada friends, I decided that the trip would take place.
The girl from the travel agency advised me to arrive at the airport early. Then I arrived - only now the registration began as standard))) and no one really checked us at the entrance to the airport : ) Two boys handed out vouchers and electronic tickets - it was clear that they were very sad on Saturday at 6 in the morning to do this business. They didn’t check passports - in principle, knowing the last name, you could ask someone else’s ticket)) The whole crowd rushed to stand in line - although registration has not yet been announced....there is such a feature of our people... they love standing in line... they simply cannot live without it live... and wherever more than 7 Russian people gather - a queue is automatically organized)))
Pretty quickly the crowd subsided and I went too... you need to register : ) a frame - where they enlightened the suitcase and laptop....then unkind, sleepy faces at the baggage claim and the issuance of boarding passes. Most of all, I was struck by two aunts, one who was sitting at customs control and poking at my passport - screaming “don’t smile” - apparently it’s something illegal now - to smile))) And the second, who fought with the mother of 4 children - not allowing bring them a bottle of Coca-Cola. Thank you aunties - I once again remembered why I'm flying away)) to take a break from your gloomy and spiteful faces; ) Even the Stuarts on our planes are somehow gloomy - although maybe I was too cheerful : ) (hello to the Stuarts of Transaero: ) )

The flight did not go quickly and unnoticed, the passengers were entertained with food: bluish chicken and buckwheat porridge, waffles from some Ukrainian manufacturer turned out to be delicious. It is still not clear to me - why feed if you fly for 3 hours. Give me buns, cookies and coffee, why do we need these bluish legs undercooked? Well, that's right, thinking out loud.
Egypt met us with sunny weather and clear blue skies. Then I quickly skipped filling out a migration card, buying a visa for $ 15 and control... the crowd was breathing in my back))) Flying past the counter with a man waving a card - blurting out to him: "I'll buy a card in the city" - he smiled - it's free, it's not cheaper you will find it))) It was a little embarrassing that I immediately wrote down a man in the category of traders, although against the background of boys with signs - a visa is fast and expensive))) - no wonder : )
Tez met us with a string of buses, at the yellow umbrella they called me a “magic” number and I jumped off to look for my big yellow bus. We were taken to the hotel by a guide spreading haloes of jokes and jokes around him, but the Russians were on the alert: “You have a war here, right? ”, “Are you scared? Can tourists go for a walk? Still, how suggestible the crowd... show on TV to chant the terrible and that's it... everyone bleated...
The hotel was not bad . . for 4, although it is declared 5 *. But after reading the reviews on TURPRAVDA, I didn’t think of anything special... I just needed to spend the night somewhere)) For a symbolic bribe of $ 10, they settled in a nice room with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. In general, as practice has shown - it’s better for a woman to occupy a room - she smiles at 32 teeth at the reception, but you may have to go to different numbers 3 times, the third one will be good))) Food without frills, but you won’t be hungry (few fruits - but they are on trays - for a penny)... by the way, Russians again created queues in restaurants))) - I came later than the main flow - there is food, and there are no people. Wi-fi only in the lobby bar, there are 2 stationary computers - in the same place. There is a windsurf school on the beach - the first 20 minutes are free, immediately dive from the shore. In the evening, there are discos, a hookah bar and weak animation, there is a small billiards table - 2 tables and a couple of ping-pong tables in the same place. There is a spa somewhere on the territory - I didn’t look for it)) If possible, next time I’ll go to a hotel where there are fewer Russians.

In general, blondes in Egypt are both easier and more difficult... they will always choose a hot-white towel for you, they will help you, they will tell you, they will fulfill your whims... but it’s difficult to go shopping, they drag you to every shop, prices are jacked up wildly - you knock down - they say the Russian mafia has come : ) and all the time they try to touch the hair... and on every corner they yell "I'm single")))) But I went to the city only 2 times... so I survived))) A separate question about taxi drivers, never get into a car - without agreeing on a price , estimate the mileage and cost compliance, always have money for calculation - they try to fool - like there is no change of 5 pounds... I brazenly exchanged money at the security of my hotel - the taxi driver muttered something under his breath, the guards smiled : ) And never agree that the taxi driver was waiting for you - he will rip off a lot of money.
The sea was +24, air +26-28, a bit windy. Two days of diving with "Sadko" - just wonderful. There was good visibility, lots and lots of fish, corals, flute fish, moray eels and even dolphins sailed... I love the feeling of weightlessness that the water gives, and when there is something to see - the highest bliss : ) We went on a dive on a yacht - for the whole day . I watched how the instructors work - they nurse each newcomer - they explain everything, control, show - they aroused great respect from me. This is not a “Russian” instructor Misha (he immersed me in Thailand) - who in fact turned out to be a Chinese weakly speaking Russian with an unpronounceable name in M)))
It can be seen that people are aware that they are responsible for people's lives, and not just having fun. And they will tell you about the fish and help with the equipment, in general, miracle people)) (Alexey and Ernest are about you))) For myself, I made a conclusion - if you dive in Hurghada - only with "Sadko".
On TV they showed the war in Cairo, people on strike, there was no Internet in the country, and we lay on the beach, went to restaurants - I especially liked El Mina (which means port, you just need to specify what the restaurant is, otherwise they will bring it to the port) . Life flowed peacefully and quietly in the city : ) The only inconvenience was - of course a big one - a ban on long-distance excursions. So it was not possible to visit Luxor, Cairo, Banana Island. Only visiting the Bedouin village on quad bikes and swimming trips to the islands remained available. Well, how not to ride on quads)) Girls - if you want a good and fun ride - take an instructor with you)) Sitting behind the wheel yourself - you can only feel sick in a column, but if you put an instructor - you can jump up the hills and drive out of the stream and drive at high speed, in general, less independence, but more adrenaline)) Men are deprived - they are not given instructors))

We flew on schedule, without panic. By this time, tourists were only being taken out - therefore, there were less and less people in hotels. At the Airport - turmoil and crowds... again filling the migration station... queues... angry Russian faces - probably to prepare for Russia)) Minor problems arose upon arrival: In Rostov, not a flight ticket - they put me in Krasnodar. On the plane, we waited for the customs window for about 1.5 hours - people panicked, called a taxi, got nervous... I looked at the schedule of the bus and railway station - leaving Krasnodar was not a problem, as it turned out - they were nervous in vain, Transaero gave buses and we calmly drove to Rostov.
I had a good rest, the main thing is not to worry about trifles and not draw castles in the air for yourself : ) Although Egypt is not as good as Tai, I will come back here : ), to cunning Arabs, desert land and warm beautiful sea : )
Went with Teztur.
Airline Transaero.
