We returned from Montillon yesterday. In general, we had a good rest. The hotel, of course, does not pull on 4+, but, as they say, "he who is warned is armed. " So if you bought a tour for reasonable money for some kind of "fever", then I think you won't have to regret it. Especially if you also like discos and active animation. In this regard, everything is very good in Montillon. The animation guys are really doing a great job! . . : )
Huge pluses of the hotel - a huge heated pool and a convenient entrance to the sea in the "lagoon". Near corals and fish. Very friendly staff.
Cons - a very dilapidated number of rooms, queues in the main restaurant, total plastic cups in bars. But this should be treated philosophically. . . : ) For dinner, let's say, we always went to an Italian restaurant on the beach. It's quiet there, no lines.

By the way, the waiters and bartenders of "Montillon" should definitely put up a monument! But it's better, as they say, with money! . . : ) Guys just work in the sweat of their brow all day long. And always with a smile on their faces. . .
And one more minus. As for the water slides, they are of no use in winter. The pools nearby are too cold. It's a pity. . . : )
But the main thing is not this. The hotel is for youth, there are many children and students. And the area is not very big. So if you don’t like a noisy holiday in a crowd of compatriots who mostly eat like elephants and drink like horses, it’s better to look for another option in Hurghada. But if you don't care about these "little things", then the Red Sea and the Egyptian sun will definitely PLEASE you. Especially if there is a deep frosty minus in the homeland... : )
Separately, I would like to say about the guides of the "Koral-Odeon". You need to look for more such dummies! They would take at least an example from colleagues from TEZ. And they would learn how to work with the cute girl of Montillon's guest-relationship! . .
In general, to be honest, the service in hotels, food, and the general situation in Hurghada have become noticeably worse after their fucking Arab spring. I have been to Egypt many times, like most Russians, I love this sunny country, and therefore it is very sad to see everything that is happening there now. At this rate, they will soon finish playing all these democracies and revolutions of their own. Oh, they will still remember Mubarak. . . : )
