Then they offered a room on the first floor... When asked "is it possible to have a 2nd floor", they offered a third! It was great there! Of course, although probably wrong, I had to really yell at the RECEPTIONIST before all this).

Number. 1420. Third floor. It's still great. No one walks past, looking out the windows). Yes, and you can sunbathe on the balcony even without everything. The Room has really painted furniture, but it does not give the impression of the old, rather the opposite . . it seems that all the furniture is "fresh" enough. They brought a third bed. . . Not a rake, but actually another bed (I saw rake on the floor.... I feel sorry for those people who sleep on them))). In the bathroom - toilet - everything is fine. Chesslovo! The room is cleaned daily, linen is changed daily. TV with 2 Russian channels (RTR and Sport). Few?
Territory. Purely. Cleaned up. The pools on site are good. It is a pity that there is no heating. There is construction going on in the area. But it doesn't interfere much or doesn't interfere at all. The peculiarity of not a particular hotel is that the "gardens" are watered with sewage. The smell is unpleasant.
Restaurant. Oddly enough, the cuisine is higher level than even in 5 *. No complaints. AT ALL. Fish, meat, fruits.... No, 40 varieties of cheese, no marbled beef. . . Damn, that's not what everyone is going for))).
There is probably a downside. One is not enough space. Those. it is quite possible to get in line for something or just wander around in search of a free table.
Animation. There is. Wasn't particularly interested. But there is. And it seems to be good.
Sea. Beach. Here it doesn't matter. The beach is not very clean. Lagoons kill all the buzz from the sea in general....Some kind of coastal lakes, and the depth is not for children's swimming (The water in the lagoons becomes cloudy the very first minutes when people appear (well, there are no waves, it doesn’t take anything away, it doesn’t bring). The bottom of the lagoons interspersed with silt-sand-shell rock. Anyone who has ever walked or stepped on a shell rock will understand everything (. Of course, you can enter the sea from the pier, but this is firstly outside the hotel and means there is no "lifeguard", and secondly - this is insanity, LOOK FOR A GOOD PLACE FOR SWIMMING, thirdly - the pier is not suitable for a normal entry into the water (the rusty staircase obviously does not pull up to the norm).
Price correction. Taxi to Hurghada - 20 pounds. NO MORE. Taxi drivers have become fashionable - if there are two, three or four of you, having discussed these same 20 pounds upon arrival at the place, they declare 20 pounds PER PERSON. Feel free to send them "to the bath".

Taxi - minibuses. Sometimes empty ones stop. . . It seems like ONLY YOU will be delivered cheaply. Do not believe it, natives sit down on the road and the seemingly convenient and most importantly NON-STOP mode of transport becomes an ordinary smelly car (((slowing down at every corner.
Shops in Hurghada. A year ago there were a lot fewer grocery stores. Prices - bargain. Ordinary water can be bought for both 1.5 pounds and 6)
Fish restaurants. Unfortunately, I was only in Fish House and Star Fish. In the first, the prices are higher (320 pounds for dinner for three, they gave Funny hats with a logo)))). The second price is lower. But there isn't much on the menu. and you order at random. The quality of cooking here and there is high. Liked both places.
McDonald's. . . For those who want to be nostalgic))))) Everything is the same as in any other Mac. Cheap. Eat and drink che-thread-just right.
Egypt is probably not the best place to stay. But I like it there. Maybe for now. but still... Sea, Sun, Desert....
