Rudeness of staff, always angry, dissatisfied Arabs, dirty tables, not enough napkins, appliances are thrown just like that. All alcohol is diluted, you can’t pour water from the cooler into a bottle, you signed for all drinks in bars. And it's 4* ALL! ! Teaspoons were not seen at all, sugar was stirred with tablespoons or a knife! There are few fruits, all cut into slices, melon, guava, oranges and dates. On the beach they constantly pestered with massages and cruises, they tried to touch it, until one of the tourists complained to the reception, they were forbidden to approach, they sighed calmly. The lagoon is a dirty puddle with oil stains from boats, there is no reef, we went swimming in the territory of the neighboring Lily Land hotel. No shampoo, soap or shower gel in the bathroom. Several times they forgot to bring towels to the room, they had to run to the reception, they did not respond to calls. There was no mini bar in the room, no hair dryer. Safe at the reception for a fee. The hotel did not see a single foreigner, and that says a lot. Only Russian voices around, a lot of elderly people, zero animation, mortal boredom.
