Hi all!
We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of August. After reading bad reviews before the flight, I didn’t even want to go anywhere ... I’ll start from the very beginning. We rested through the tour operator Anex tour. We were taken to the hotel by shuttle from the airport pretty quickly. At the reception they gave $ 10 and we were promised a good room. While they were waiting for the keys, a cockroach about 5 centimeters long on high paws ran along the legs. Looking around a bit, we saw small groups of small ants. It just felt uneasy... When they came to the room, they frantically looked into all the nooks and crannies, but they didn’t seem to find any living creatures. The room was really cool, on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the sea. At 8 in the morning we woke up from the fact that we were bitten by these small ants. It turns out that they run for sweets, and on our table there was an unfinished yuppie from the bar. At the reception they complained - an hour later they poisoned us. Then there was a meeting with the guide.
He informed us that this is one of the worst hotels in Hurghada, that the owner used to be German, and now they are Egyptians themselves, so it has deteriorated a lot in the last 3 years. He called it Bedouin, because of the presence of a very large number of Egyptians on vacation. He said that our tour operator has been working with this hotel for the last month. After the guide, we went for a walk around the territory. Indeed, a swimming pool is being built on the territory of the hotel, but don’t worry, it is almost completed, and from the noise there is only beating pebbles with a wooden hammer (as you understand, the knock is not strong and does not interfere at all). Two lagoons were dug near the sea, only the water in them is more or less transparent only in the morning, then thanks to the children and the Egyptians, who do not know how to swim normally, the water becomes cloudy. As for these Egyptians... Ramadan begins on August 22, so before their hard fast they all go to rest and eat.

On the left side of the hotel, when the tide is out, you can see small crabs)) If you go to the pier, you can see moray eels, all sorts of interesting fish and rays. Take a muffin with you from the cafeteria. Between the extreme right lagoon and the wild beach with crabs, you can go to the end - the wild beach begins. Just be sure to wear coral slippers and take masks. There are many sea stars near the shore. A little further on, a rookery of sea urchins of different colors begins. They love to lie under the corals you will be standing on. We did not dare to go even further, but familiar tourists said that there was very hot water and a lot of all sorts of grouse floating. It's better to go there at low tide. If you want to see the beauty of the Red Sea, it is better to book a trip to El Gouna through a guide. On the shore of the lagoon, animation is trying to draw smiles from tourists, but somehow it doesn’t work out. As for the restaurant: for us it seemed quite normal.
If you do not grab everything, you can normally digest food and not get poisoned. Of the fruits, only dates (we saw them only once during the entire vacation), oranges and melons. There are always free tables both on the first and second floors. Billiards - just atas! Torn cloth on one table, the second is generally some kind of curve, and the third is constantly busy. Table tennis is no better. Between the lagoons there is a small "club on the water". There are free discos with intercontinental music in the evening. Drinks are paid. For bottled water and all sorts of things, it is better to go to the Reemyvera market. It is located outside the hotel across the street. You don’t even have to bargain there - all goods go through the electronic cash desk at a very reasonable price. The hotel can order a taxi to the city for $ 12 - there and back. True, it's easier to catch a mini bas taxi and bargain with the driver for 2 pounds per person.
In general, I will say this, if you want an economical vacation, take a ticket to some other 4 * hotel. Well, if you have already bought here, take some kind of mezim and immodium with you.
