The infrastructure is beautiful, but the hotel is obviously old, as it needs renovation of the rooms.
I didn’t like the animation team very much - they were busy with themselves, in the morning they appeared at the wrong time, but later than in neighboring hotels; the music on the beach turned on monotonous and outdated, besides, when they "pleased"... In the evenings they did not have any entertainment shows at all.
Although the disco was regular - not bad, but because of the animators - or rather their passivity - there were few people.
The food is normal, but not for children - there were absolutely no juices, drinks - "intermittently" and often "diluted"; at a low level pastries and sweets, as well as - very little and without an assortment of fruits.
You can only sympathize with the service staff!
A huge minus for the owners of the hotel themselves - because of their "super-economical" people and staff suffered, which were reproached...
There was only one restaurant for the whole hotel. Vacationers from the Reemyvera 3 * hotel also came to eat in it. And, as a result, - sometimes they were not allowed into the restaurant at the time you want - it was crowded; queues for food, drinks, lack of dishes, respectively, she washed "hurriedly"...
Also, because of the loss of time for all of the above, they often postponed the purchase of drinks until later - so that there would be no queue... - and then... they stopped giving them - they say it was lunchtime. And no arguments like that there were a lot of people... - do not work.
Tip: make friends with some of the restaurant staff - they will help you with everything.

Lagoon, beach and sea - 5. But if you like diving more - I advise you to walk along the pier of the hotel next to the left - there are immediately a lot of large coral reefs with fish - better than on Paradise Island! There are also corals in the sea of the hotel itself, but it’s a long way to swim to them (lagoons on the left), and lagoons on the right - you have to go along the corals to deep water (I tore my slippers)
In the lagoon, by the way, the water is much cooler than in the sea - there is fresh milk!
In general, as regards the sea itself, the old, the young, and the children will be satisfied here!
The main attraction, which is written in the advertisement of the hotel, is not working - the "Havana" club in the middle of the lagoon - it is there only for photographs!
The shops on the beach are quite cheap! You don't even have to go to the city!
We went on a special offer - for two adults with a child in 14 days they gave only 1500 USD. - therefore, we are very satisfied with the rest, despite many shortcomings! But it is advisable for the hotel administration to finalize at least the most necessary things before setting prices for a stay in a hotel above 700 USD on the website. per person during this period.

And on the Israeli border, we still had a huge problem - supposedly the guide issued a visa for me and my husband, but not for our child - that is, they could not let us into Jerusalem!
