We stayed at the end of April/beginning of May 2008. Everything is spoiled - the mood, the impressions of the vacation, it's a shame that we went to this hotel for good money. The main thing was to read the reviews of tourists about this hotel, they didn’t listen, they went and checked for themselves. Everything is just awful, the hotel is old, everything has not been repaired since the beginning of the construction of the hotel. On the territory of a part of the buildings, even without window blocks, work is underway on the superstructure of the third floors. Everything is in such a wretched and neglected state, the very appearance of the hotel is simply a big disappointment. Flies everywhere - in the lobby, dining room, on the sea, by the pool. You brush them off endlessly, in the dining room they are on dishes, food - horror. The attitude of the staff is simply boorish, you can hear any expressions addressed to you. They communicate with such disdain, I will put it very indecently, but the news of the staff from managers to the cleaner is just snickering and too FAT.
Separately, about the guide at the hotel. We rested from Pegasus - the guide Zinaida, who demands respect for her work, does not respect tourists at all. She scolded the rules of the hotel, sold tickets for excursions and that’s all, no worries about the problems of resettlement, the acquisition of a safe box, she just doesn’t care. Even the guide from TEZTUR came up and offered his help in resolving any issues, and our Zinaida sits in a corner with a sign and shrugs her shoulders, answering - such hotel rules are good! Many thanks to Zinaida for her WORK...... On the day of departure at 12.00, they evicted from the hotel, removed the magic bracelets and everything inclusive is over. Even a glass of water was taken away from one woman - the bracelet was removed..... no one talks about lunch and dinner, but there was nowhere that they would not give plain water. Food - queues for distribution are wild, everything is cooked not tasty, and again, flies are everywhere, dishes are dirty, tablecloths, tables, upholstery of chairs are oily, dirty. There are not enough mugs, tea spoons are put every other time.
