The location of the hotel is excellent for outdoor activities and for those who have no problems sleeping - in the very center of the city (Sea Gull is right there), the city is buzzing at night, you can hear the sounds of a taxi and a nightclub located in "Roma". The night disco is not bad, the local flavor, but it’s better for the girls to stay until 3 a. m. , then there’s a specific meal))) Going out to the sea side, the third building on the left is the cheapest prices for excursions, just don’t immediately give out the intention to buy, bargain)) "Paradise Islands "$ 13 (in the hotel 20), "Coral Islands" 15 without diving, 30 with 2 dives (in the hotel 25/45). Luxor is also $15 cheaper. Yes, and the service has always arranged, everything is clear. On the Luxor tour, take the complete set, and the banana plantation, and the temple of Hatchepsut (required), and Karnak, and everything that the guide offers. Because it’s better to be tormented once and see everything, because there’s no point in going a second time, and you will regret what you didn’t see. Very tiring, from 3 am to 11 pm approximately. Buy this tour only on a large air-conditioned bus.
Going out to the side of the sea, the main shopping street of Hurghada went to the left. Until a tan appears, do not buy anything, they will only “scrub” in this way, take a closer look at the prices. In the middle of the trip, shop, you won't regret it. . . 25 minutes at a quick pace from the Mermaid statue, to the right (at 90 degrees), and take the second turn to the left, another 5 minutes straight, and you go to the most beautiful area of ​ ​ ​ ​ Hurghada - New Marina. I recommend this place for walking, there are no annoying Arabs here, a European cafe plan, a luxurious marina, respectable yachts, even live concerts in the evenings, in short, cool.

Again, from this exit, to the left, the second house on the left seems to be a poor cafe, but here is the cheapest Stella beer, for 8 euros (40 rubles for our money), provided that you leave a bottle with them. And the hamburger here is 2 times bigger and tastier than McDonald's or Burger King.
Near the hotel "Sea Gull" there is Duty Free, on the steps, on the 2nd floor, the sign is barely noticeable, see carefully. There, within 3 days from the moment you enter the country, you can buy elite alcohol and other things there, and it’s cheaper than at the airport!
For girls: be sure to go to "Ladys Night" at the "HardRock Cafe" every Tue. and Fri. all booze free until 3am (easier, lots of locals, more pop) and "Litle Budda" 2 glasses of wine free per night (more prestigious and richer audience). The music is great, it's impossible to resist.

I paid 15000 r. for 11 nights, HB. I could have paid more for this set of services. The food is tolerable; meat, tuna, rice, desserts are even delicious. Two meals a day was enough, you can buy AL at the reception. EVERYTHING was carried into the hotel, no one searched at the entrance and in the restaurant, they just smiled sweetly.

We paid $10 for a sea view at the entrance. The rooms were cleaned so-so, they often forgot to give towels, and regardless of the tip, but these are such little things in life... a call and everything is fine. There is no hair dryer. There are no cockroaches. ATTENTION! Upon arrival, ask the hotelier for a document - a verification of the availability of drinks in the mini-bar with a note on the date of arrival and a signature. Otherwise, when leaving, they may attribute that you did not drink. They wanted to deceive us so much for 45 US dollars. In this case - do not pay anything, demand proof with your signature on the check, which they naturally do not have; stand up for your rights with the manager! There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, the locals love it too because of the location. Get out - and the whole city is at your disposal, no need to spend money on a taxi. We went to ElGuna (neighboring town) on our own by a regular regular bus, 30 min. ride. I highly recommend without a tour - you will see more. There, in general, everything is European, locals are only allowed in with passes. In a cafe, everything is 2 times more expensive than in Hurghada. I recommend a ride on local transport - trams "Tuk-Tuk", unforgettably fun)))
And most importantly - the SEA. Because of him and because of the fish, they go to third-rate Egypt. It takes 1 minute to go to the sea, cross the road, I went straight into the pareo. There are fish, reefs nearby, but there is also sand. Safety shoes are not required, although you can buy them at the hotel for $5. Be sure to buy your own mask and snorkel at a specialty store, good ones cost around $60; save on rent, enough for 3 trips at least. But it will not leak and cause unnecessary trouble. Left 2 beaches, near the stone base of the pier, under the lifeguard tower lives a small shark, less than a meter, disguised as a bottom. To the right, through 3 beaches (before a cliff to the depth, in front of the beach of the SunRise hotel) a richer and more colorful reef than we have at the hotel, the fish are larger, there are a lot of red and lilac corals. I recommend swimming a couple of times. The fish all live in their own places (“houses”), at the end of the trip we swam to visit parrots and other beloved ones... Every day I discovered new types of fish, I didn’t even find everything in the book !!!
