The next day, on the beach, cunning Bob sold us a tour to the island on a yacht, upon arrival from the tour to the room, I discovered the loss of 150 dollars, the mood to relax was spoiled immediately, the hotel administration promised us everything would be fine and they would figure everything out, but they didn’t care they didn’t, they just asked when we were leaving and waited for it, in the end they didn’t do anything. Our guide Julia, who is supposed to help us, immediately ignored us, why does she work there at all, it's time to fire her. We managed to warn those who flew in, but they no longer counted 20-30 dollars each, they work quickly and take a little, so many do not even notice the loss. Where is the owner of the hotel looking? They are all thieves there, they still call themselves Muslims, I go to the mosque myself, it doesn’t occur to me, in Tatarstan a Muslim will never do such a thing. For some reason, the authorities and at the reception do not speak Russian. From their food with some kind of algae, many have to sit in the toilet for several days, they have to forget about rest. The bed is changed, but for some reason women's hair is always present there, they ask for more money for cleaning. Animators also pull money from tourists by inviting them to clubs, after learning this whole scam, we went ourselves for free. The entrance to the sea is also bad, you need to walk 50-100 meters along the corals to find the depth. All vacationers, who are for the first time, who have already rested in other hotels, everyone spoke here very, very badly. Such a vacation is not worth that kind of money, if you are a normal Russian person and do not want to spoil your vacation, never take this hotel.
