Отвратительный отель!!! Disgusting hotel!!!

After a stay in this hotel, only negative memories remained!
And the staff, and the bar, and the beach, and the rooms and the kitchen are disgusting.
Let's start with the staff: everyone is rude, they can call you sheep and sheep and goats directly, that's all they can say in Russian. Everyone hates Russian tourists and they don't even try to hide it!!!
The towels were not changed in the room, and if someone changed them, they were just dry, they did not smell of cleanliness! So for their own safety, many wiped themselves with toilet paper, so that only it was guaranteed to be clean from the package... They were also rarely removed and only from those who left money as a tip!

A very unpleasant incident happened to me when, when I returned to the room, I did not find a single towel (neither dirty nor “clean”). The hotel administration responded very inadequately to my request to bring them to me: several Arabs (hotel employees) knocked on my door and searched the entire room in search of towels and not finding them, they began to turn over all my things. And only after they did not find towels in my bags - they brought me towels to my room! I wonder if this happens in any other hotels?
In the dining room and in the bar, all drinks were poured into disposable cups, which were then washed (washing was rather superficial! ) for reuse. There was also not enough cutlery, they were also disposable and reusable. So if you go to this hotel, do not forget to take a set of dishes with you for yourself.
The menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner was very limited and not tasty. In addition, if you do not have time for the very beginning of the distribution of food, you are guaranteed to remain hungry (what is better and what is worse is not yet clear... ). Water was provided from the tap, so many of us suffered from indigestion and intestines! There was a case with me when a woman from our group asked for extra sugar (everyone was given the 1st portion of sugar, and she asked for the second, such impudence then... ) so the bartender's reaction to this simply amazed and shocked us - he was in front of everyone tore open a bag of sugar and threw it in the woman's face!!!!
The beach was also not pleased - it was terribly dirty and not cleaned. The morning began with our requests from the cleaners to remove the dog feces. Sunbeds and mushrooms - crooked and slanting, broken, towels did not change. Repeatedly, our tourists were injured by garbage in the sand (glasses, stumps from broken sunbeds, etc. ), and as soon as they could provide first aid to themselves, because this is not to be expected from the hotel. There is a pier near the hotel - so the water on the shore is very muddy, with impurities of fuel and diesel fuel!!!

A special "thank you" to the Labyrinth agency and our unforgettable guide Mina. We were not only badly met at the airport, but we were not taken back at the end of the "rest". Our flight was delayed for 12 hours, but we found out only after we ourselves went to the airport by taxi and, in complete ignorance, returned back to the hotel (because we were forbidden to stay at the airport). Our guide and hotel staff did not provide us with any information, the second time we also went to the airport ourselves and only after our relatives found out everything in Russia and informed us.
You can tell endlessly, there are a lot of stories and they are all not positive !!!

If you want to have a good and calm rest, if your nerves are at least a little valuable to you, if you just love yourself and your loved ones - DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THE LABYRINTH TRAVEL AGENCY !!! !
