We were settled in a building not far from restaurants, room 5303, to say that we were in shock, it’s nothing to say, I haven’t seen such dirt and junk anywhere and it’s 5 *, the windows to the balcony are broken and glued with tape, the air conditioner is dirty, the floor is all in they even drank bottles of water standing on the table in the dust, when I opened the bottle there was an unpleasant smell of medicines, the safe was broken and there was hair on the bed, rusty faucets, no cosmetics, or rather there is soap in the dispenser, even in a seedy 3 * there is cosmetics , the curtains are so dirty it's just floor rags. We are not conflict people and not harmful at all, but we didn’t expect this, in the end we asked to change the room or clean it, they said they’ll clean it, cleaning in their understanding is 3 minutes, he went in, took a mop, mopped the floor and left, the safe was fixed. Within 11 days there was never a normal cleaning, there were even days when they forgot to change the towels, I'm not talking about toilet paper. But the worst thing is that from dinner I sometimes took a plate of fruit to the room and a cup, they took it and took it out of the room, put it under the door to us and further and further this dish did not move all the time in the next room, I saw the same thing ! ! The food is like everywhere else, but for lunch and dinner you can’t afford to go to the table and pour a drink, just ask the waiter who runs to all the people, you can still catch him at lunch, but there’s no dinner, as there are a lot of people, especially in the main restaurant where Arabs eat. The water in the sea is clean despite the fact that there are yachts nearby. We took excursions on a tess tour to a bathyscaphe and a safari, everything is fine, but it’s on a safari that it’s a gallop across Europe, at first we arrived and asked to buy a video, people refused so they were offended, then asked the guide to thank everyone for making this video, people refused , we arrived and again we were asked to buy at least a photo, well, we bought it, then the fact that everyone was shocked by this guide began to ask to give tea to everyone as much as they can, if not sorry, well, this is generally such nonsense. In general, excursions are normal, but diving in Sharm has nothing to compare with, it is only in Sharm)
Animation in hotels is the most common, do not believe these reviews, it can be fun for children, but not for adults, they have a program like all hotels in Egypt!

I also want to add that the function of water in the room at this hotel is very strange until you ask them to start doing this and bring only 2 bottles of 0.5 each.
Wifi is bad, but free, the time when it catches well is 7 am, 5 pm and after 12 am. The bar in the lobby is open until 23:00 and from 10:00, somehow I came asking for tea on the clock it was 9:55, they refused, although the guide said that it was open 24 hours a day.
Well, in general, this hotel is state-owned and these 5 * were bought by one girl, a hotel worker, told us. On the day of departure, the rooms were until 12:00, and we had a plane at 20:50 already, of course we paid $ 20 and were in the room until 15:00, we paid because in this hotel the bracelets are cut off and they are not allowed to eat. on the plane, they talked with people so they told that in their hotels it was the Hilton and the albatross that they didn’t drive people and didn’t even make them pay extra for staying in the room, however, last year in the charm, no one drove us, they allowed us to eat and drink. I advise this hotel if you are flying to Hurghada, consider Albatross.
