We arrived at the hotel at about 10 am, they immediately brought us soft drinks, after about 30 minutes we were settled. The room was in another building, my daughter (8 years old) did not like something there (she likes where there are a lot of people). We went to the reception and we were moved to the main building without any problems. Cool room, clean, with a large wardrobe, a comfortable huge bed, a working safe, a TV, a hair dryer. They cleaned the room every day, changed the bed, made figurines out of towels. There was no shortage of drinking water and toilet paper, they gave more than enough.
The food in the restaurant is excellent and for every taste - meat, fish, tongue, vegetable and meat sauces, side dishes, delicious soups, many salads, sauces, yogurts, fruits, pastries, mousses, jellies. My daughter is a big whim in nutrition, but here the food suited her.
We rested together and I was ready for the fact that it would be boring, BUT - there is such a team of animators that both adults and children did not have to be bored! Exercise, aqua aerobics, Latin dances, water polo, children's disco 2 times a day, a very interesting and varied evening program. And what a Halloween they gave us! Very funny and attentive guys Veronica, Tanya, Fatima, Hip, Spider. Tatu is a real showman, a mega-talented person and an organizer. Thanks for the inspiration!!!

The territory of the hotel is large and well-groomed, clean pools (central heated). Comfortable beds, clean towels.
Beach with a bar, sunbeds, umbrellas, towels. Clean, sandy, large, gentle entry into the sea, not deep. The bus runs constantly, you don't have to walk in the heat - they pick you up from the main building and bring you directly to the sunbeds.
The staff is very friendly, attentive and smiling. For children, constant attention. I did not notice the difference in attitude towards us and the Arabs - on an equal footing.
We changed the flight instead of 14.00 we left the hotel at 19.40 We spent the whole day there, had lunch, dinner. Things were taken out of the room before dinner at 19.00 No additional payment was required, the bracelets were not cut off (we took them off at home).
Completely disagree with the negative reviews! It's like staying in different hotels.
We really enjoyed! My daughter cried so much that she calmed her down only on the plane, she didn’t want to leave. I promised her that next time we would go to Royal lagoons again! I recommend to tourists!
