I have been abroad 5 times, 3 of them in Egypt. For the first time I went on vacation looking at the cost, and not at the level of the hotel, and this was my big mistake. Of course, I did not expect super quality for the low cost, but what I saw and felt here shocked me.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 am, we were checked into the room at 10-00 (although according to the rules at 14-00), for which no doubt thanks!
Entering the room, I was pleased that it was large and spacious, but the joy ended there, as it was dirty everywhere:
-fingerprints on the glass in the bathroom, on the mirrors, on the windows.
- not changed bed linen, it was clear that before us, someone was sleeping on it.
-the foot towel was lying on the armchair in the room, dirty.
- dust on the floors.
-black dots were noticed on the wall in the room, then it turned out that they were lizard feces.
- the bathroom is dirty, I bathed all the time only in rubber slippers.

I do not need bathrobes or slippers, which are often said: "It's 5", but there must be at least some cleanliness!
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, this is its big plus, they clean the territory also well. But why is such horror happening in the rooms?!!!!!!
There is a bus to the beach every 30 minutes. The sea was cool for me, so I was not there often, but I visited twice, in principle, everything is neat.
The restaurant is a separate and very sad topic. The food is monotonous - well, okay, buying a tour for such a price, I did not expect something beyond natural. But unsanitary conditions are everywhere! I personally watched more than once how restaurant workers take sweets with their hands without gloves. The tablecloths on the tables are stained, everything is stained, the cutlery is also not always clean. On the third day of rest, I got poisoned (high temperature, abdominal pain, upset). After talking with other vacationers, it turned out that there were many like me!
When we went to the reception, they called us the chief from the restaurant, he answered all our words that it seems to us, and it's all in our head (we went to 6 people). They say there are 700 people resting, and only 6 complain about not fresh food. But we didn’t ask all the vacationers who was sick and who wasn’t, in fact there were a lot of people with poisoning (which we learned about later). I'm just shocked by this attitude.
In the end, it turned out that everyone was poisoned. Jupi was diluted with water, well, this is also not news, and there are no complaints about it. When there was not enough bottled water, Jupi was diluted with chlorinated tap water. Imagine what it's like to drink 2 glasses of water with bleach!
I understand perfectly well that the low cost of the tour means low service and not a large selection of food. But do not poison people, and do not feed them with slop.
The hotel is not even 3 stars. I do not want to return to this hotel, as well as advise it.
