I do not understand why 5 stars, if the maximum, as you can rate this hotel is - 3! ! ! First of all, it should be noted this staff: rudeness and disrespect for vacationers, constant grumbling. In the room cleaning is carried out partially. Food - you will not be hungry, but no variety, all the same type ...nothing special. Desserts are dry and tasteless biscuits or starch mixtures - you can choke. Coffee to taste Galka! ! ! ! ! It is worth noting the dishes ...All the plates are full, the glasses in the bar and on the beach are plastic, also broken ....it's disgusting to drink from them.
We went on various excursions for the whole day, we were never given any sandwich with us, all people from other hotels were given the same on the day of departure.
The animation works like this: the girls try to have some fun, but it's not very interesting.
There are 3 pools, but only 1 is heated. The one with the slides is just icy - the kids will definitely not spend their time there! ! ! !!
We rested as a family with a child, tried to close our eyes to small flaws, but the rest was spoiled.
