And so, we rested at the Mercury Hotel for 10 days, this is our second times in hurghada. Have a wonderful rest! At the reception we were greeted by wonderful people, kind, smiling, friendly. They listened carefully to our wishes and placed us in a very comfortable room on the first floor. By the way, the hotel is very compact and residential buildings, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, beach are not far from each other, but still the most convenient for accommodation are buildings 2000 (Scorpio) and 2200 (Cancer).
-The room turned out to be very comfortable, overlooking the sea and the pool, all the equipment (light, air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, shower) worked properly. When we checked in, we asked for a kettle in the room and it was quickly brought to us.
-I want to write about cleaning separately. I don’t know, maybe we were lucky, but the guy who cleaned us was smiling, courteous, always in a good mood. There are no complaints about the quality of cleaning. And he lifted our mood every day with various figures from towels and decorated them with Chinese rose flowers and oleander flower petals.

- I liked the food very much! Large selection of beef, chicken, turkey, fish dishes. Many side dishes, sauces, seasonings, a rich selection of fresh pastries. Always fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, various herbs), fruits (melons, oranges, grapefruits, dates. True, there were no strawberries and mangoes, but this is understandable, not the season). The restaurant is beautifully decorated, all the staff are in national clothes, national music sounds, there are many dishes on the theme of the evening.
- The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, clean. A bit sparse in terms of vegetation.
-Animation. the guys are trying to cheer up tourists, sometimes they will make them not beautiful. There are activities (aerobics, yoga, etc. ) to be honest, we don’t really like all these noisy things and activities in the hotel, we prefer to lie in silence.
-I recommend to be careful when buying excursions from a hotel guide. We bought only one tour from him but it turned out to be terrible and 3 times more expensive than it should be. . The guide told us very scary tales at the meeting on the first day of the holiday. It was a nightmare.
