We went to the hotel with a family according to good reviews on the Internet, 5 *, nothing foreshadowed trouble. It was the first time in Egypt. We realized that something was going wrong as soon as we got into the hotel lobby. The entrance groups there did not know cleaning, the furniture was broken and old, it stinks of cigarettes and musty air. Before settling, we were sent to a restaurant. It was terrible! There is nothing to swarm, the dirt is terrible, only Arabs are around, there is simply no cutlery. When I asked for a couple of knives, they answered me: "What else do you want? Can you give me some money? " The attitude is so boorish that you cannot imagine. Believe me, I'm not exaggerating. We were given a room for 4 people with three beds and pillows. No telephone, no refrigerator, no safe, no balcony door work. Our request for resettlement, even for $10, was denied. In the morning it was the sea, which went by bus. In the sea, 5-7 meters shallow, then a terrible cliff, where it is scary and impossible to swim. Whistle immediately. You won't see any fish or corals here. The bar only has juices and beer. Nothing else!! ! It's impossible to go to the toilets. Dirt, water on the floor up to the bone. It's worse than at the dead station!! ! On the territory of the hotel, except for whiskey and beer, nothing else. We didn’t eat anything for two days, the children even refused to go to the dining room, they just wanted to vomit there. Gypsy camp!!!
When the child's temperature rose, the husband went to the reception for a thermometer. They gave him a mercury one beaten on both sides and said that you will not find another. Basically, this is hell! After two days of scandals, negotiations with the guide and additional payments, we were moved from the Albatross network. Believe me, this is Heaven and Earth. I haven't seen such a contrast in a long time. Now we remember everything like a bad dream.
