Hello. We rested as a couple in this hotel in the summer from July 27 to August 10.2018. The hotel, which was offered for 5 *, absolutely does not correspond to its level, it is solid and iron 2. The furniture in the lobby is so old and dirty, as if it had not been changed since the day foundation of the hotel. The very concept of "all inclusive" can be identical to 5 * only if you clean it yourself and bring the bed with you, which you will change, because for 2 weeks of rest we have not changed it. Dirt, mud and rubbish is absolutely everywhere: we had to change 4 rooms in order to see order anywhere, if I may say so. The problem of draining both the toilet and the bath is not just a problem - it is a disaster! And even if everything suddenly works, it won’t be for long, because the “cleaner” of the room will help you break it (Specially kills it by throwing toilet paper there, for what purpose - it’s understandable, they are waiting for money for ALL). The situation in the dining room is no better: if you are late for at least 30-40 minutes, expect a long queue, there is a shortage of plates and cutlery. The attitude towards us and the Arabs (local) is absolutely opposite: our requests, remarks "hotel managers" ignore and do not hear, or rather, they pretend that they do not understand, for all emerging problem situations, you need to contact the guide of your tour operator. You can continue to write about this hotel endlessly. . If you want to relax on vacation, and not "torment" - choose another hotel, Good luck to everyone!
