As for all vacationers, a trip to the hotel was some risk, there were no reviews, only the pictures and the price looked optimistic : ) They were afraid that they would either not feed them, or they wouldn’t fill the pools with water (we looked at old photos from satellites on Google), or construction will be on the territory : ) But everything was fine. Construction was only around the hotel, they were not heard at all, but especially aesthetically sensitive individuals can be horrified. In general, the whole area is just being built up there, you can walk to the street with shops in 10 minutes, but past the construction sites, for the first time I was scared, but then I got used to it.
Airplanes often fly over the territory, you can hear them. Personally, they didn’t interfere with me at all, although sometimes not only passenger ones flew, but even something similar to fighters)
The hotel is very beautiful, just like that I wanted to go, a huge swimming pool (almost in the entire territory), greenery is still not enough, in the morning it is difficult to find a shade - umbrellas are very blown away by the wind. A small disappointment - the sun loungers do not provide soft pillows, only towels.

The room is beautiful and comfortable, but for some reason in the morning some of the lamps and sockets did not work for us (including the one to which the TV is connected). There is only the Vesti channel on TV, so you will be aware of all the latest news and even watch them several times. There is also Russia Today in English - but this is not for everyone. I preferred German TV channels - you don't watch TV in German very often)
The staff is predominantly English-speaking, although the hotel has 98% of Russian tourists. They say it's not very clear for my taste)
The food is very good, maybe without any frills, every day meat, fish and chicken cooked in different ways. Over time, of course, a little tiring, but still delicious ) The fish and Italian restaurants did not work.
The bars have a variety of drinks and cocktails. It should be noted that not all bar staff know how to cook them properly, contact such a high bartender (I don’t know his name), who usually works at the bar at the reception - he is super) the rest sometimes prepare cocktails according to the description on the menu and even rum cola can be ruined. In my opinion, beer is poured non-alcoholic, but quite pleasant for my taste) In any case, how much I drank it, I never noticed intoxication.
I am not inclined to participate in animation, so I can’t rate the daytime animation, in the evening the animation was mostly in English and often very boring
There are umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, the beach is sandy, quite close, after 10 meters, the depth begins. There are stones on the side of the beach, there are algae and fish, but the underwater world is poor ((They take them to the beach every hour, maybe later they will take them more often, walk for about 15 minutes, again past the construction sites.
In my opinion, it turned out that there is something negative for each point, but the rest was still successful) The hotel is good and pleasant, just keep in mind that this is not the first line and that there are no corals there. If these two points are not essential, you can safely go to this hotel.
