Rested with my wife in early November 2011 from ANEX Tour. It is not the first time we have a rest abroad, in particular in Egypt, so there is something to compare with. In general, I rate the hotel 7 out of 10, and ANEX Tour 3 out of 10. The hotel is good, fairly new with a large territory and does not look very densely populated. The architecture is stylish in Egyptian traditions (in particular, the windows of the bungalow are constantly closed with shutters, it seems to be strange for us, but as sun protection it is very effective and twilight inside during the day is its own highlight). The buildings are in order (we lived in a bungalow) and everything is neat outside and inside. Equipment and the furniture inside is new, modern, everything is working. Sanitary equipment: bath with shower
a washbasin with a wide marble top, a toilet, a bidet. Cleaning - we even refused every other day, there was no need. The territory is vast, quite well-maintained,
but landscaping and landscaping are rather meager (they were a couple of years ago at 4 * - it’s better there), the pools are large, but out of three, only one is normal deep 1.5-2.0 m. Every evening, the service staff waters the lawns for 1 hour, 5-2. The impression is that they pour water mixed with sewage waste, the smell is still the same, and besides, mosquitoes are activated at this time.

Good varied food, 5-6 types of alcoholic drinks
and 2 types of wine, the beer is very good. But a tricky move was invented (I think against our Slavic brothers) - there are no strong drinks in the restaurant bar, and there is no food in the bars, so you won’t drink much.
And good beer on the beach quickly runs out, they pour 150g each, but the Russians take many glasses and therefore quickly restore the status quo.
THERE IS NO SAFE IN THE ROOM! , which is more than strange for 5 *. There are safes at the reception, but I put valuables there, and then after 2 days I barely took it, and when I said that I needed to put it back, they said that it was impossible 2 times a day (probably for money it could be), so what the hell is such a safe, then I rushed with my money and passports with me.
Separately about ANEX Tour. The plane from Kyiv was delayed for 2 hours, and the return flight from Hurghada took off for 30 minutes. earlier (!!!! ) due time. Where is this seen? What if someone is late? The hotel guide was seen only once while selling excursion tours to tourists from ANEX Tour,

2-3 times more expensive than street ones, and then tourists are not interesting. We still went on an excursion to Cairo and the pyramids with ANEX Tour, we were afraid of the horror stories they told about insurance, etc. Although they overpaid, the excursion is worth it, to see at least once in your life one of the wonders of the world and treasures of culture in a historical museum. It is only depressing how the Egyptians dirtied the pyramid complex in Giza and architecturally - the ugly Cairo ghetto-new buildings approach the complex from 3 sides, and in the sanitary-around the pyramids are strewn faeces of Bedouin camels and donkeys. For us, the main thing is to see the sights, and for them - to take us to the most expensive outlets (of course, their own) and gut us. -10 times cheaper than they caused dissatisfaction and were punished - they drove past our hotel on their return and we were brought in late at night 1 hour later. But onyx souvenirs, papyri and arafatka turned out to be exactly the same quality as in their stores.
CONCLUSION: if you take 1000 bucks with you and bash everywhere: for a settlement, a porter, for cleaning, a safe, in a beach bar, lobby bar, excursions, etc. , you will buy everything, then you will be the best, desired and respected guest, and if not, then the attitude is cooler.
