ОТСТОЙНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ SUCK HOTEL

I came with my husband and three children for the first time on vacation to rest, and what we saw there was just a madhouse !! ! We were settled in one room with additional creaky folding beds in a smelly room, it feels like someone died there before us. Toilet didn’t work, there was no water, for a week we asked to repair the toilet, it was repaired 5 times a day and it still didn’t work, on the last day before our departure they decided to move us to another room where there is water and the toilet works, but it wasn’t there, nothing worked in the other room either (and we took all our shit home). Before we went on a trip, we bought insurance for the whole family in case one of the children got sick, we didn’t have to wait long, at night my little daughter was bitten by their hungry mosquitoes and in the morning the child had a severe allergy, there is a doctor at the hotel and we immediately decided to go, I didn’t immediately understand that this was a doctor (since he looked like a tramp from a neighboring village) this doctor gave an injection and gave us ointment and for that he he asked for 150 euros, we brought him the insurance that we paid for before the trip, he said that he was not interested in insurance and he needed cash, he had to pay.
In the evening we were entertained by animators, I think they were brought from the zoo, they jumped like monkeys, yelled like tarzans for a week, the same shameful music.
