We arrived at the hotel at 6pm and checked in right away. The administrator was tired and unfriendly, as it seemed to us, then we found out that this was his constant mood) We asked for a room with a sea view, it turned out that we had to pay extra 50$, 10$ for each day of stay. With difficulty we bargained for 25. The porter picked up our things and led us to the room, for which he stood and waited for a tip. They explained that there were no small ones, showed with gestures that he would give change. We liked the room, snow-white linen and towels, clean and fresh. New furniture, plasma on the wall, kettle with tea and sugar. We had wifi in our room. He was also in the bar and in the lobby. I wanted to take a shower, but it turned out that there was no hot water, as we could wash ourselves in cold water. When I started to find out at the reception why there was no water, the administrator pretended not to understand anything. Empirically, later found out that the water should drain for 5-10 minutes to go hot. Nobody warned about it.
