We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. Sleepless night, flavored with alcohol (friends saw off with a plentiful feast) - and you represent our state. Therefore, I immediately gave 10 bucks and a chocolate bar to the reception with a request to check in quickly, and not wait 14 hours. At 5.15 we were already seated in room R21, frantically changing into summer outfits. The room is clean, there are 8 towels for two, plumbing works, hot water is just boiling water, 2 Russian channels, air conditioning is normal, the minibar is also in order. This is my third trip to Egypt with my husband. Therefore, we stocked up on a hangover, and slowly, taking it on our chests, went to inspect the property. I didn’t like the beach, it’s too small . . For some reason no one swam there . . We spent time on the pier, it’s not so hot there, because the breeze blows from the sea and there is a ladder from which you immediately dive into a two-meter depth...
Be sure to buy a special shoes, as there are corals and sea urchins around. The left side of the pier is full of fish. Buy a mask at home. There, of course, they rent them ($ 2 a day), but they are clearly not disinfected and it is not known who licked them before you. The beach bar has a great bartender Ahmed. On the first day I gave him 5 bucks and a chocolate bar, after which he brought us drinks and coffee right to the table for 11 days, without waiting for us to come to the counter. Vacationers were perplexed that he was taking such good care of us. And the chest just opened - 5 bucks worked again and did their job . . In the evening bar, the bartender Abdel... Hide lighters, cigarettes and so on from him. He wants to exchange your expensive lighter for his plush, like a gift exchange. . Begging for a tip. . .
The restaurant is quite decent. The food is good. Just do not try to try everything in one day - tomorrow will be about the same, with a slight difference . .

Moderation in food will save you from debilitating diarrhea, turning into hemorrhoids, which our tourists furnish like poisoning.
The manager of the restaurant is a wonderful man named Hosem. You can safely approach him in matters of the kitchen. He always opened a VIP room for us when there were no seats in the main room . . And at the same time he never took a tip !! ! The dishes are always clean, the products are fresh. .
On the beach, the oil seller Hassan is also a wonderful smiling guy. If you make friends with him, he will fulfill any of your requests, such as buying the best hibiscus tea, exchanging currency, etc. If you decide to take an excursion on a glass-bottomed boat (20 bucks for two), then it’s better to schedule it for a calm day . . And Better on an empty stomach - very swaying. If you are not seasick, then one of the neighbors will be seasick. It is better to listen to music with headphones during this trip.
Take some water with you to drink and a beach towel - if you freeze, you will hide, if you swim in the open sea, you will wipe yourself off later.
There is no animation in the hotel, only free discos. Fortunately, near the city and full of night discos. But, due to our age, we were content with the local. There were 3 Egyptian weddings in the hotel in 11 days - well worth a look. The wedding lasts 1.5-2 hours and does not cause inconvenience to vacationers. BUT!!!! ! In no case do not treat the Egyptian children with anything, do not give them money! ! In a minute they will simply not give you a passage, they will climb towards you, stepping on and trampling on younger children - in short, horror!
On the day of departure, the bartender gave us a liter of whiskey for the road, and the cleaning boys brought me flowers . . A trifle, but nice . .
The main thing is to smile more and do not skimp on a couple of dollars - they will do their job and your vacation will be painted in bright, beautiful colors! And you will get an unforgettable, wonderful vacation in this magical country!! !
