I liked one phrase, I don’t know who said: “If a person did not live up to your expectations, it’s not his fault, because these are your expectations. ” The same can be said about the hotel, a fairly budget price for a tour, and many have expectations... like from a European 5-ki. Well, that's me. . . now for the hotel. Morning arrival at the new airport, transfer and here we are at the hotel. We were sent to the reception of a new signal, about 15 minutes and a bracelet on our hand, things were at the reception. While wandering around the territory (it was necessary to take swimwear in hand luggage, it was hot, I wanted to go to the sea, I had to walk knee-deep in water), it was time for lunch. We dined at the food court, there are enough places, the queue moves quickly, there is water in the cooler, and beer, strong alcohol, cola, sprite. After dinner, they gave a card from the room, and everything else: cards for towels, for a fish restaurant, billiards, tennis, squash. They settled us in a new seagal, on the 4th floor, a partial view from the balcony of the sea and the road. According to the room itself without comment, electronic safe in the closet, free of charge, water (0.6l per person) in the refrigerator. After the tip was left, more water was delivered)) and the figurines were cleaned by a young boy, I didn’t remember the name, I didn’t callus my eyes, I cleaned it in our absence. Without remarks. About the quality of sleep. There is noise from the road, it didn’t annoy us, more annoying was the monotonous hum from some kind of system, possibly a ventilation system, but we’re used to it)), I’m writing for those to whom this can spoil their vacation, we’re fine. Elevators are good. The bathroom near the reception is very clean (but I pay attention to this). Next, territory. In the evening it is especially beautifully illuminated. Several pools, water slides, but we are not amateurs, we only swam in the sea, we have enough chlorinated water at home)). There is a playground, there are also cages with birds and monkeys. Trees and bushes are beautifully trimmed, lawns are well maintained, gardeners are working. Beautiful cacti, including near the amphitheater, a place for a photo). The territory is united by the new-old seagal, everything is in common, the animation is “roaming”, some events are held on the old, others on the new, the guys are active, they always tell what and where it takes place, they invite you to participate, aqua aerobics, played boccia, were on the evening program, but they entertained themselves more with walks around the city and went on excursions. There are bars on the beach of the old seagal (with snacks) and by the pool, until 5 pm, a lobby bar around the clock. They didn’t take alcohol after midnight, I won’t say for a fee or not, but you can come to drink tea at any time)). In general, the food is normal, everything was enough, we ate alternately in the restaurants of both seagals. The old restaurant is more spacious. Hotel "urban", on the Sheraton, someone minus, us a plus. Near the embankment, within walking distance, there are a lot of shops along the way, opposite the Metro market, fixed prices, exchange offices, vodafone points (I had to buy a card, wi fi free garbage in the hotel, it also works on time). The staff is good, inadequate did not meet. We had a good vacation, liked the hotel, this is our subjective opinion. Price-quality corresponds, met expectations, maybe we will come back, the main thing is that the hotel “does not deteriorate”.
