Any questions I had were always answered and resolved quickly. The hotel itself, it turns out there are 2 buildings - old and new. The furniture in the hotel is shabby, but you can live. Almost everything is in order in the room. The only thing is that the doors to the balcony that went out were always jammed and I turned to the service workers to regulate them. Because the door did not close at all and it was scary that they would not climb through the balcony and steal nothing.
