There are huge claims against individual hotel employees. From the very beginning of the holiday, I was faced with the fact that everyone was waiting and hinted at a tip. For example, when you are checked into a room, the person who himself asked for help to move the suitcases will stand and wait for a tip. In case of refusal, they will continue to behave defiantly. We had to ask several times to fix the above problems, but without a tip, they just turned around and left with the promise that everything would be done. Fortunately, the topic of tips was closed on the first day, when we simply refused to give money for beautiful eyes and a smile. Because of this, they cleaned the room quite badly, but tolerably every day.
The only downside is that there are no do not disturb signs. The meeting with the guide can be skipped and the Anex tour itself can be sent directly to a safari for $ 90 with secondhand tours. Do not believe the guide, save your rest and sleep time. The schedule of departure from the hotel (transfer) is posted a day before departure near the reception. Thanks to the staff for the prompt response to the message about the sick parrot (the veterinarian arrived on the same day).

You can put up with some things, like frankly disgusting design and decor in the style of a village circus, but the fact that some slides are in disrepair, in the pool there is a pile of dirt, sand, pigeon shit and feathers, poorly washed and broken dishes - this can ruin your vacation. The tennis court and billiards are in a terrible state, and other services and entertainment were not available due to quarantine. Closed restaurants also spoiled the impression of the place due to their dirty and abandoned appearance, in addition, pigeons literally pollute the hotel and its surroundings. Dirt, dust and sand is something you will have to put up with. And do not be surprised that you can be served with a bent fork, this is also within the normal range (this happened several times).
Separately, I want to note the very fact that the hotel did not care about quarantine and uses this circumstance to its advantage. For example, the new building with numbers was closed, but the old building was packed with tourists. According to the regulations, 50% of the hotel can be occupied by people, but the manager of the establishment solved this problem by closing the second building. At the end of the holiday, people just stood in lines and everything was packed due to the original solution to the problem. The administration recalls quarantine when it is inconvenient for them to fulfill any request or resolve any conflict.

Regarding excursions - do not take any excursion from the hotel, the prices are 9 times too high. I do not recommend taking excursions from the office opposite the seagal - the owner is an outright liar and a lover to talk about how hard the coronavirus is for them, for which the prices for excursions have risen significantly. I advise you to walk around the city and look for the lowest price, do not be fooled by the theses "new and modern" as you are taken to the same port or the same safari center.
