We went to this hotel on the recommendation of Dmitry from the travel company "Tursales". The criteria were as follows: 1st coastline, strong 4-5, good rooms and food.
In general, the rest was satisfied.
We were settled in a new building (nothing extra). The view from the room was beautiful. The furniture in the room is normal, not new, but solid. Beds were comfortable, shower and toilet worked. A/C was a little noisy, but not critical. The plus point is that nothing turned off when you left the room: the air conditioner worked, the phones were charging. In the room: two large beds with good mattresses, a bedside table, a slide section, a mirror, a safe, a telephone, two chairs and a table, a shower, a toilet, a balcony with two chairs, a table and an ashtray. The room was well cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed (we left 1 dollar or 15 pounds). Cons: there was no wi-fi and a kettle in the room (we asked for a kettle, but they didn’t give us one; for me this is a problem, because I am a coffee lover, and the hotel ONLY has instant coffee !!! ).

The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well-groomed. There are sooo many staff, almost more than vacationers. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, they were always cleaning something, watering, cutting, wiping non-stop everything that was possible with antiseptics. Despite the heat, they always smiled, joked, asked how they were, etc. , they were very friendly, but not intrusive.
Fed just to kill. There was a lot of food and for all tastes. Forks, spoons, knives were packed in plastic bags. The buffet was in this format: the staff puts food in gloves on your plate. We rested from 08/22/2020 to 09/02/2020. Only the Cleopatra restaurant in the main building was open. There we had breakfast and dinner, and lunch on the beach at the Food Court. Breakfasts are always the same (mashed potatoes, sausages, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, salads, toast, cheeses, grilled peppers, fried eggplants, honey, pastries, pancakes, juices, tea, instant coffee and other drinks).
For lunch there were a couple of types of soups, several side dishes (rice, french fries, pasta, stewed vegetables), fish (we did not like it), chicken, beef, salads, sometimes squid, etc.
For dinner, almost every day they cooked a delicious chicken kebab, gave beef, lamb, duck, squid and side dishes, as for lunch. There were a lot of cakes and pastries. I didn’t eat them, but those who took them said that everything was very tasty.
Alcohol was poured exclusively from bottles, they were opened before our eyes.
Every day there were fruits in unlimited quantities: melon, apples, mangoes, dates, guava. Everything is very tasty and juicy.
In general, all the products were fresh and tasty, for all the time we have never been poisoned and have not heard that someone had similar problems.

The hotel has two beaches. One of them with a lagoon (we didn’t like it: it’s like a pool with sea water, but it’s quite suitable for small children and those who swim poorly), there were very few people on it. We went to the beach, where the open sea. The sunbeds on it are not new, but not killed either. Beach towels were also changed every day. Plus: a very good sandy entrance to the sea, corals are not needed. Strong tides and tides. There are several corals with different fish - huge, medium and small, all very bright and beautiful, be sure to bring goggles and / or masks for swimming! Minus: the area for swimming, fenced with buoys, is relatively small for such a large number of vacationers. And this is taking into account the fact that the hotel was not fully loaded (in our building of five floors, only the 5th and 4th were occupied).
Another minus is that there were a lot of Arabish. I'm not a racist, but they have 5-8 children, all - both adults and children - are sooooo noisy. In the restaurant and in the bar all the time they climb in crowds without a queue. In the sea, too, constantly yelling. It was very stressful and spoiled the rest.
Restaurants "Nemo", "Nifertiti" and a la carte did not work. There was no animation.
The hotel is located in the city center on Sheraton Street. Pros: many shops within walking distance, incl. three "Vodafone" communication salons, currency exchange points. Cons: very heavy traffic, difficult to cross the road, endless beeping (we couldn’t hear from our room), overly intrusive sellers (the price tag for everything is unrealistic from the start, but when bargaining they knock down the cost by 2-4 times).
In general, the hotel is quite good, good rooms, beautiful, well-groomed territory, decent service and food, a wonderful entrance to the sea and the sea itself is also magical. For such a price (for us for two 11 days / 11 nights it cost $ 1250) you can safely go and recommend to friends.
