The hotel is located on the main street, there are a lot of shops (500 meters away duty free), a supermarket directly opposite (I recommend buying souvenirs, groceries, tobacco, etc. there, cheaper than in other stores) , cafe, etc. Very convenient and don't waste your money on a taxi. The staff is very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude, especially towards the child. The kitchen is good, a bit monotonous, but it didn’t get boring in a week and constantly ate like for slaughter. Cleaned and changed towels daily (it is advisable to immediately tip). TV, refrigerator, air conditioning worked properly, none of the guests complained. The water is hot and cold. I recommend rooms at the beginning of the territory, not so noisy and near the pool, where almost no one is.
The pools are clean. In general, the territory is clean, trees and bushes are constantly cleaned, watered and cut. Of the minuses, a small beach, but there is enough space for everyone. Personally, we swam in the pool. Almost none of the staff speaks Russian. At the reception, you can communicate through the owner of the perfume shop (introduced by Sasha) - they don’t understand Russian at all. Animation, music sucks, but it was not boring at all. In general, who goes to this hotel, do not worry, the hotel is good, you will not regret it. Vacationers said that it is better than some 4 *. There will be questions, I will answer.
