There was a fillet like a sole and some other fried whole with offal, which has an unpleasant smell and is simply impossible to eat. Every day chicken, semi-cooked rice and pasta shells, spirals and feathers. Of the fruits, green tasteless small melons, sometimes watermelons (every other day) are more or less normal, apples, oranges of not the first grade, peaches in the amount of 1 tray for the entire top, which were sorted out within 1 minute. Sliced ​ ​ tomatoes and cucumbers gave the impression of being three days old. Loose stools accompanied us all the whole trip. More or less of the food were soups and sweets, and pancakes for breakfast. Juices are all diluted, but most of all, orange juice killed me, not that tasteless, but not even yellow and not orange (the color of urine) - this is always the case during dinner, for breakfast it is just yellow, and at lunch you even felt a little orange taste. The room was given full of ants, nothing can be put on the table from food, otherwise a whole anthill appears. animation at zero, as a result, we went to the nearby Garden for animation and dinner. The room was cleaned properly. They settled in for about an hour, although they arrived at 19.00 and checked out at 12.00 without the possibility of extending the room (departure from the hotel was at 19.10), that is, they sat with the child in the hotel lobby for 7 hours, in addition, the plane was delayed for 3 hours, only the guide did not know about it, although we were already informed from Moscow. In general, it took a long time to get home. The attitude of the guides is generally boorish, God forbid you don’t come to the first meeting, then it starts. Why didn’t they come to fill out some kind of questionnaire at 8 in the morning. Yes, because I have a vacation and I'm not going to wake up on time. When asked to give a pen and the question of where to write, they answer that there are no pens (and this is a 5-star hotel and they need this profile and not me) and they are not going to explain anything, because they had to come to the meeting and not ask again anything. And this is just one of the episodes of rudeness of the representatives of the Anex tour. The sea is certainly beautiful and warm, it brightened up the whole trip. But for that kind of money, paying a little extra, you can have a good rest in another place. After all, we pay not only for the sea, but also for the service. Maybe just unlucky with the hotel, but the impressions of the trip were not the best. In short, the hotel does not pull more than 3 stars. Even in Turkey I liked it more than in Egypt.
