We really liked the Sunrise Mamalouk Palace Hotel. We chose a high-quality hotel, working on "ultra all inclusive", As we were explained at the travel agency and as we understood on the spot, this is the most worthy option in Hurghada, so we were satisfied with the choice. The hotel itself is large, new, the territory is combined with the Sunrise Garden Hotel, located right on the seashore. Stayed with my family, we were very satisfied. The hotel is beautiful, the territory is well-groomed, souvenir shops near the hotel, all conditions for children, a playground, animators are great fellows. The rooms have everything you need. Our room was excellent, everything is quite new, fresh. TV, air conditioning, hair dryer - everything is there, everything worked perfectly. I really liked the staff - pleasant, delicate people, polite and helpful, ready to help at any moment. Very beautiful view from the window. There is a terrace. They cleaned normally, made figures from towels, replenished gels and shampoos. The pools are always clean and for every taste, the children are expanse. We ate at the restaurant. The restaurant is beautiful, great interior. All tables are decorated with compositions of fruits and vegetables. Dishes are delicious. Eat everything and enjoy. There was always a suitable dish for children. There were cereals with milk, yogurts, stews and side dishes. Also soups, salads, fruits. Sweets are just great. On the beach of the hotel, quite a beautiful reef, where you can swim with a mask, look at the beautiful fish. The beach is clean, you can always find a free place. Good entry into the sea, convenient for children. Animators offer everyone to play various sports games, conduct various games for children. In the evening, too, contests and entertainment events become obsolete. We also often walked around the city in the evening, went to various shops for souvenirs, cafes and restaurants. We went to Luxor.
The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the area around the hotel is just a Garden of Eden - a large amount of well-groomed greenery, many palm trees, flowers, swimming pools (there are heated ones)! Spacious beach, good entrance to the water, a lot of sunbeds, no shortage and no need to borrow in advance too. The animation is magnificent - for every taste from morning to evening! I especially liked the water aerobics classes, my husband played volleyball, the child had fun with the animators in the kids club, and in the evening at the mini disco, and we all liked listening to live music in the evening. As for the food, we were satisfied. They cook perfectly, almost everything is tasty, varied, there are a lot of fruits. We were satisfied with the rest, I recommend the hotel to everyone! We liked it so much that we even decided to return to Egypt again in a couple of months!
