The hotel is good. Territory, infrastructure, reception, bars, restaurants are typical for Egypt.
Nothing extraordinary, but very good.
The attitude and service of the staff is very good.
The attitude of the guide is not very good, as no one wanted to take excursions from him.
A la card restaurants. The food is good. You have to sign up in advance.
Beach. Good, spacious. But at this time of the year (end of March) it was windy and a bit chilly.
The water was 20-22, which allows you to swim. But I wish the sea was warmer.
The hotel is co-located with the neighboring Sunrise Select Garden Hotel. That is, on its territory you can walk, eat, use the water park and everything else.
The water park is pretty good. The blue slide (codenamed "Chewing Gum") takes your breath away when descending.
A slide with a twist at the end (codenamed "Toilet") is also popular. Well, the rest of the slides are not bad.

The water in the pool is heated, very comfortable.
It is very good that the water park is on the territory of the neighboring hotel. The walk from our building was 80 meters.
And all the noise there, around the water park, is not heard on the territory of the Mamluk.
There is also a kids club next to the water park. Children (boys 7 and 8 years old) spent time in the club with pleasure.
My friend lost his Apple smart watch while going down the hill. I told the lifeguard who looked after the order on the slides.
The rescuer immediately began to climb under the slides, along the edges of the pools, and after 5 minutes found the watch.
And I didn’t even want to take a couple of dollars in gratitude - I had to persuade.
I forgot my sweatshirt on the plane. Noticed this at the hotel.
Through a guide, with the help of receptionists, we phoned the airport, a day later I went by taxi and picked her up.
Called a taxi via Uber. The driver drove 18 km one way, walked with me around the airport for about 20 minutes (it was necessary to help with the conversation),
drove back to the hotel and asked for 10 USD for everything. I gave 12 dollars. He also had to be persuaded to take it.
So if something is forgotten on the plane, you can return it and not very troublesome.
Well, for the price. Rest for 2 adults, 1 child 8 years old, all inclusive, 10 days cost 2.3K c. u.
I think that the school holidays (and it was kaknikul) contributed not to the low prices.
I think it's expensive. Could have been a couple of hundred cheaper. But I don't regret it.
It seems to me that the hotel does not fall heavily under discounts, hot tours, promotions, etc.
Most of the visitors are from Europe. All calm.
I stayed in Sharm in good hotels like Cleopatra Luxury, Sultans Gardens, Sunrise Arabian and I have something to compare with.
The hotel is not very bad. Recommend.
