I did not expect such quality and service in an Egyptian hotel. Everything from check in to check out was top notch. Let's start in order:
1) Check-in went just fine, we arrived at the hotel at 10:30, we were asked to leave our suitcases and go to breakfast. Immediately after breakfast, they issued a key card and said that the room was ready and the luggage was already there.
2) Food - beyond praise. Food yes, not such a huge choice as in Turkey, but 90% of the dishes are delicious. This is a rarity, nowhere in the hotels have not seen this. For 12 days of rest, there were fish days twice - huge shrimp, squid, crabs, tuna and even grilled red fish - all in unlimited quantities, nothing ends, everything is enough - there are no queues. Sweets, fruits (pomegranate seeds, a sea of ​ ​ strawberries) - everything is in stock. In general, the chef and his team are professionals in their field and the hotel needs to protect them.

3) Territory - everything is clean, green. Large heated pool, and the water is exactly 28-29 degrees. Throughout the territory is always clearly cleaned, there are no extraneous unpleasant odors anywhere. A HUGE PLUS - you can use the infrastructure of two neighboring hotels (part of the same Sunrise chain). If you want noise and movement - go right to the neighboring Sunrise Garden with a water park, tennis, football field and more. If you want peace and relaxation, go left to the neighboring Sunrise Crystal with its beautiful lagoon beach with luxurious sunbeds and a pier. The passage is free everywhere and takes 5 minutes. Mamlouk is in the middle of the web and has an ideal location.
3) The beaches are excellent, both in the Mamluk itself and in the neighboring crystal. An ideal gentle entry into the water, the complete absence of waves. With kids it's perfect. Vodicka of course in February is very refreshing)))
4) For children - everything is very good. Food - there is always plenty to choose from or ask the chefs to cook something according to a separate diet. There is a children's club run by animator girls Yulia and Sasha. You can leave the kids in the club, and they do a great job with them - they draw, make crafts, build sand castles. In general, they do their job perfectly, and not as happens in many hotels - they throw toys for children and that's it. The girls also hold evening mini-discos for children and participate in evening shows, in a word - well done.
5) Staff - there are no negative points. What is very pleasing is that they do not openly beg for tips, as they are used to in many places. This pleases, and thanks to this unobtrusiveness, I just want to thank them with a tip) Cleaning - everything is very good, regardless of the dollar or two left, the quality does not change. All the staff are smiling, from the administrator to the gardener. Everyone will ask how you are and if everything is fine.
You can write many more positive moments, but there is no time. In general, I can safely recommend, for this price, probably the best hotel in which I was in Egypt. Went here based on the reviews, they are all real.
