Hello Everyone, I stayed in this hotel from 19.02 to 3.03. I'll start right away with the disadvantages, because I really did not find any advantages in this hotel
Check-in: Checked in on time) (arrived at the hotel at 10:00 with two children, but they don’t give a shit, settled at 13:00) The room was picked up for us just wonderful (16102) on the one hand, a severe view of the pool being repaired, on the other, the building is under construction and playground. Well, okay, the four of us were settled in a room with one double bed and a crib for a baby, although my youngest daughter is already 3 years old and she can’t fit there))) I went to the reception and agreed to change the room (for free) The next day they settled in a new one number (21101). I will say right away that they all have the same rooms, but this one was already closer to the sea and overlooking the hookah. The only downside to this room was that the air conditioning didn't work.
Meals: It’s not the first time I’ve been in Egypt and I roughly understand what people should be fed, but this hotel doesn’t seem to know this) Almost all meat dishes (which were almost non-existent anyway) are made with the addition of all kinds of herbs and vegetables that I like I don't digest. I've never been a picky eater, but here I've honestly always been hungry. I preferred to dine either on the beach or at the pool, because the restaurant again had a huge selection of absolutely tasteless dishes)) At the expense of children's cuisine - ATTENTION !! ! What is called children's cuisine is not allowed to be eaten by adults, let alone children, they serve such a rare muck that my children absolutely did not want to eat it.

Well, everything is much better here. Room cleaning every day. The staff, like in all hotels, is different, there are friendly waiters with bartenders, and there are also certain rude people who constantly turn their faces away and do not want to serve (but this is observed in every hotel and I don’t believe that it happens differently somewhere else). The territory itself is large, but I personally liked the territory of the neighboring Garden more. The beach is the most ordinary, I did not see anything special on it. The sea is more like some kind of bay, to see the living creatures you need to go to Paradise Island, IMHO only jellyfish swim in the water area of the hotel)) The heated pool helped a lot, because the sea was sometimes cold, and the children wanted to splash. In general, you can talk about this hotel a lot more, but I will not.
My personal opinion:
The hotel is clearly not up to 5 stars, there are many flaws that do not fit in well with this level. If you have patience (or alcohol)) you can have a good rest, but if you are a demanding tourist, then you have nothing to do here !! ! Personally, I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel again. . .
