Experience: 5 times in Egypt.
Positive:
Reception - no positive.
The rooms are clean, the cleaners are friendly, they clean well, bed linen is 4. , bathroom accessories are present.
Room equipment: minibar, as always in Egypt, overdue Fanta.
Atmosphere: - no positive.
Restaurants: - on a solid 3. Mexican, but the grub is the same sucks.
Bars: no positive.
Entertainment, animation: no positive.
Other: no positives.

Negative:
Reception: dirty, not completely renovated room (photo attached).
Rooms: Air conditioning - noisy, no bathtub, only floor shower (water drains directly into a hole in the floor). The furniture is old.

Atmosphere: The garden and landscaping equipment is disgusting and is almost non-existent or miserable.

The hotel is terribly dirty, overcrowded with tourists, there is nowhere to turn around, sunbeds on the beach need to be occupied from 6-00 in the morning, but this is not a guarantee that the sunbed you have occupied will remain with you, as the hotel workers simply pick up lying things and towels (or dump them from the sunbeds), and the sunbeds are transferred to another place. Yes, most importantly, there is no red sea near the hotel!!!! ! , then that near the hotel it is a backwater with muddy, opaque water, afternoon low tides of 6-10 meters, oil stains from boats and ships mooring nearby. From time to time the sewer breaks near the dining room and along the paths of the hotel (the territory is small !!!! ) fetid streams spill, paving slabs fall through (see photo). But the most class thing is that the hotel is located near Hurghada airport and above the hotel around the clock 365 days a year, every 15-20 minutes with a deafening roar planes come in to land!!!! ! (see video attached).
Restaurants: Poisoned once (or twice) all!! ! (oddly enough, except for children, lucky). Knowing your sarcasm, I will say - my wife does not use at all. She was barely pumped out at home, since she was poisoned on the last day before leaving. FLIES!!! ! LOT!!! ! The food is varied and monotonous, however, as in all hotels in Egypt. The staff of the restaurants knows Russians, it can be seen that they have been working for a long time, they are extremely unfriendly, the attitude is boorish, the tables are dirty, dirt is everywhere. Yes, food queues are normal…..

Bars: In the lobby bar we made a row about gin. According to legend, the All Inclusive includes five imported spirits, including Gordon's gin. At our request to pour it, they brought it to us, but by the smell it was clearly not Gordons, but local swill. We made a scandal, they took us to the bar, opened the safe standing there with the key, and removed half a bottle of Gordons from it, saying: “on, smell, we poured from here. ”
In the bottle, the smell was really "Gordons", but what was in the glass, since Gordons did not smell!! ! After the scandal, they poured from this bottle, and the bottle was hidden back in the safe.

Entertainment / Animation: not interested, but weak. Yes, the massage is a complete scam!!! ! Fitness center for 2 balls.
Other: Internet is very expensive!!! ! (more expensive than in any hotel in Geneva, Paris) 30 times (without exaggeration). Works very slowly! Free W-F internet at McDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken in downtown Hurghada.
R. S. Yes, three years ago I had a rest in Sunrise Garden Bitch Select (one territory with Sunrise Mamluk), one chef, one management, one owner. Now even the furniture that was in the reception and paintings were taken out of this hotel, and replaced with a cheaper option, they say these hotels were oriented towards Russian tourists…. .
