She said that you can see the availability of other rooms, but they are unlikely to be nearby, but for us it was important.
Staff. Again, those who write that this hotel has friendly staff have not seen anything better. The staff at this hotel just don't care. In Sharm El Sheikh at the airport, the staff is friendlier). Our love for Egypt started when we first stayed at the Jaz Fanara in Sharm. By the way, this is also a four. Here the staff was friendly, everyone - cleaners, cooks, waiters, bartenders, managers greeted everyone and always smiled, constantly asked everyone how they were doing, the guest-relationship went around all the tables every day at dinner and asked every sleeping person if there were any requests, wishes or claims (which were satisfied instantly). In Sidbad, the only person who smiled and asked if everything was OK was our room cleaner. There are no waiters in the bars or in the main restaurant. There are only people who don’t know a word of Russian, so there’s no one to ask anything from, collecting dirty dishes from tables, constantly pushing chairs with their wheelbarrows

Restaurants and food. The hotel is 100% occupied. 90 percent of vacationers are sooooo and not very rich Europeans and Arabs with the appropriate manners and culture, or rather, with their absence. In the main restaurant, there is constant yelling, noise, din, hustle, all tables are occupied, dirt and chaos. We were saved in the evenings by a la carte restaurants, only there were always waiters and tablecloths. But waiters are either underpaid at this hotel or poorly trained. People are still sitting eating, and they are already cleaning the tablecloths from the empty tables)). . For breakfast and lunch, I had to go to a common restaurant and a restaurant on the territory of the water park. There was food, it was enough, but there is no variety. If chicken, then always breaded. For a side dish for 10 days, there was never mashed potatoes, I’m already silent about the lack of seafood (only fish from seafood). The names of the dishes are only in English, not a word in Russian.
Entertainment. The animation was. We tried. The hotel has a very large room where evening shows take place. The show is a kind of amateur performance, performances prepared by the animators of this hotel. There is no live music. There are no discos. And one more time they took us to a disco in a tiny Regina club located in Sinbad Beach - cocktails are free only for girls).

As a result, when we arrived at the reception at 16.00, wet, in swimsuits, we were told that we would have a room only in an hour. After Marina's intervention, a free room miraculously appeared. And, by the way, also a standard, but the shower room is large and there is no smell of dampness. So not all standards in this hotel are the same! ! Once again "thank you" for pre-booked "good" rooms)).
Of the good things about this hotel is the sea and the beach, which is located across the road, on the territory of Sindbad Beach. The sea is beautiful, there are always enough free sunbeds on the beach. Of the minuses - go to the beach, there is no other way, you have to go through the rows of merchants whose shops are located on the territory of the hotel. Thus, from their shouts and intrusive invitations you get tired the very next day.

You won’t be able to book a good room in advance), you still get the worst one. As for us, we rested, sunbathed, we had fun, but not thanks to the hotel, we will never return to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.
