1. Settlement. For all trips to hotels, this is the only hotel where they gave us keys and cards for towels and we went on our own with bags, with children, wandering through the corridors and looking for these rooms. That is, there were no escorts who were escorted to these rooms.

2. The rooms do not correspond to the declared photos on the website of the ANEX TOUR tour operator and all travel agencies in which this hotel is presented. We traveled with 2 families and booked 2 FAMILY ROOM (4147.4148). The rooms are old, around the 90s, the furniture is old, the shower is small (650x650), the ventilation in the toilets does not work, so constant humidity and mosquitoes appeared in the toilet and it spread throughout the room, the TV was still with a lenticular screen shape. Most Russian-speaking tourists settle at the end of the building on the street of Hurghada (night noise and constant dust), which, to put it mildly, is not very good when relaxing with children. I personally perceive it as simply not true information from a hotel that provides false information about the quality of the rooms. I draw your attention to the fact that when contacting the reception, they confirmed to us that we were settled in rooms where there was no renovation yet, but at the same time they refused to change to another one. Below is a photo of the number. As a result, I paid money for normal rooms in the photographs of the tour operator, I arrived in the dead rooms of the 90s.
