Traveled with a 5 year old child. We arrived around 12 midnight, settled quickly, organized dinner. Now an important point - upon check-in we were given orange bracelets. As I later found out, the color of the bracelet depends on the country of the tourist. At the same time, orange ones are for the poorest countries (all the post-Soviet space and local ones (yes, yes, the Arabs themselves rest in this hotel, the nuances associated with this will be lower))) The richest countries in their understanding are Germany and England, these tourists were with green bangles.
Now point by point:
1. The hotel is a large, large well-groomed territory, the main 6-storey building and several 2-3-storey ones. BUT! rooms in the main building have an inside door to the next room. Yes, it is locked, but the audibility at the same time is such that, excuse me, you can hear how in the next room ...they are singing. My requests to be moved to a 2-storey building were ignored. The orange ones were not settled there at all.

I also note a very small shower, it was problematic to wash the child's head. Also, locals were also settled in this building, maybe, of course, we were not so lucky, but there were a lot of them, and their families are big ....And when one such family returns from the festivities in the middle of the night, there is a decent op along the corridor. The premises are non-smoking - a plus for me) Another plus - there are many shops near the hotel, there is even a pharmacy and a supermarket with fairly reasonable prices.
2. Aqua park - slides for different ages, geographically separated, there are sun loungers / umbrellas near everyone. They work from 10.00 to 17.00, but actually turned off at 16.45-16.50
3. Meals - breakfasts are monotonous, but the choice is large, so you can alternate dishes; varied lunches / dinners, a large selection of meat dishes, little fish / seafood. There are two restaurants open for breakfasts / lunches / dinners at the same time, so if you want a more relaxed atmosphere, you can go to a restaurant on the territory of the water park
. There is a children's table only in the main restaurant, but it is always french fries, pasta, nuggets, sausages. In general, the food at the hotel is built in such a way that you can eat somewhere at almost any time. I also want to note as a plus the constant availability of ice cream at the bars, from opening to closing.
4. A la carte restaurants - Italian and Lebanese. Were in Italian. Tasteless and from the Italian name only. They didn’t even go to Lebanese)
5. Beach - the sea is dirty - very close to the pier of the ships, they stand with the engines turned on, the fuel flows into the sea, the air is appropriate. You can walk to the end of the beach, it's clean, but there is no shower. There are only two of them - one in the beginning, the second in the middle. I also want to note the presence of large stones in the sand, walking without shoes is very uncomfortable. And there is no foot washing at the exit. From the shower and toilet you still have to walk on the sand. And yes, the beach closes at 6pm. Closing means that you will be asked to leave the territory.
In reality, they start whistling at 17.15-17.20
6. Animation - I can only appreciate the children's - the child is delighted, I went to the club and minidisco with pleasure.

7. And the climax is the service - if you put on a green bracelet, everything will be super))) but with an orange one, at best, they will ignore you, but they can also be rude. I will give a few examples so as not to be unfounded. An orange bracelet enters a restaurant for dinner - he himself is looking for a table, he himself goes for drinks. At the entrance loomed green, the administrator immediately runs up to him - leads to the table, the waiter runs up - brings drinks. At 17.45, the orange wanted to exchange towels (very handy, the hotel has an inconvenient exchange system, I’ll write below), but they no longer take it (although they should until 18.00) - "closed", but the green German will be happy to accept everything - "my friend" , while green even when issued - they themselves will be taken to the sunbeds and laid, and orange will not even answer the "morning".
From the positive - for a green pedicure 35 euros, for an orange pedicure $ 20 - "We understand, you are as poor as we are")
Separately, I’ll tell you about the exchange of towels - there are 3 towel exchange points - the pool, the water park and the beach. But the cards are personalized, so you can exchange only where you took the towel. Everything would be fine, but it happens that your cards can be given to someone else. it was like that on my last day - I took towels at the water park, but there were no cards. After about 10 minutes, when I realized that I would not get rid of me, By calling my colleagues, the exchanger found them near the pool and looking like "fucking tourists, they don't remember where they get towels" I was sent to the pool.

Also separately about Arab vacationers - a lot, noisy, unhygienic (poured drinks into the pool, washed shoes in the pool). 20. Wherever an Arab family comes, there is immediately a turn.
On the slides they push away other people's children.
In general, the minuses (for orange, of course; )) this hotel has much more than pluses. I do not recommend
