Good afternoon! We had planned a vacation in another hotel, but a few days before departure, the tour operator changed the hotel to Sindbad Aqua Hotel. Reviews on the Internet about this hotel are conflicting. I decided to send letters in one of the social networks to some people, those who rested in this hotel. The next day I received a dozen and a half letters, all with positive feedback. We decided not to cancel the tour. I'll try to be brief and not biased.
Accommodation. We immediately decided to pay for accommodation, as we wanted a room according to our requests (at least 4 floors, with a good view). We were initially offered a nice room, but without a balcony. The husband did not agree. Immediately replaced with another with a balcony. Pretty decent number. There were few mosquitoes, but there were no ants. The shower cubicle is not big, but the husband did not complain (185cm and 100kg). Cleaned up every day. But there is a big minus - it's audibility in the rooms. We were lucky we had good neighbors. We also always spoke in a low voice.
Tour operator. We had an S7 tour - I put five. Excellent guides at the hotel! They will solve or help solve all your problems, or advise how to solve them. Special thanks to Svetlana and Fauzi Mohamed! On the day of arrival, we left our package with jackets and boots in the lobby, and completely forgot about it until the evening. The ownerless package, apparently, was discovered by the servants, and they took it away somewhere. The front desk couldn't tell us much. If not for Fawzi Mohamed, we would have been looking for our package for a long time. And Svetlana donated her personal time, and after work she kindly agreed to drive with us to the old city and show us the store we were interested in.

Nutrition. Pretty bearable. Most importantly, you can eat every day in different restaurants. I didn’t have an upset stomach, but my husband had it twice. Since they ate the same way, I concluded that, most likely, from wine. I did not like it, and I drank no more than half a glass. They have good rum.
Staff. Mostly good guys. Three times they gave tips to the bartenders (they put them in a common piggy bank, which surprised us). After that, you become a friend. They remember, and always try to serve better, and they don’t ask for a tip. We learned two words in Arabic: thank you and good morning. In the morning, cooks prepare pancakes, scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs in front of you. I noticed that if you stand with a sour look, they don’t look at you with the same look. But if you smile and say "good morning", not necessarily in Arabic, you can in Russian, they are ready to feed you with pancakes, omelettes.
Animation. We liked it. Especially don't miss the belly dance and the skirt dance, I think these artists are invited on Sundays.
Children's animation is also interesting.
