We arrived and waited 5 hours for check-in. they didn’t place where they booked places (and the reservation was from April) they don’t like Russians, they are openly rude. although we had all inclusive, they limited it at all. in the dining room line, they gave out a piece of meat in portions, then a piece of watermelon in one hand. and so in everything. food every day is the same. the water in the cooler is terrible, so everyone had diarrhea until they started buying water in the store. they won't make a move without a tip. the Germans were given places on the beach for tips in the morning, so many had a chance to be left without a sun lounger. The room was not allowed to take even a glass of water, and the mini bar in the room for a fee. We were immediately warned about the theft. a safe at the reception, and they carried a camera, phones, cameras with them. the first time so tensely rested. friends at that time were in 5-star hotels, everyone was happy.
