I'm sharing my experience visiting Serry in October 2025. Unfortunately, we made a mistake with the hotel. It was too boring and bland. We were extremely disappointed with the service. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired – stains on the sheets, used slippers. The bathroom doesn't have a hand shower, only a rain shower and a faucet. How is this possible? By the afternoon, the towels near the bathing areas were gone, and we had to lie on our own things or on a bare lounger. What kind of elite service are we talking about?
The food was probably the worst I've ever experienced at an all-inclusive hotel. Unfortunately, I can't be too blunt – that's how it is. There's no variety, the dishes are repetitive. They probably wanted to imitate European cuisine, but they simply don't know how to cook it. It's also worth mentioning that the buffet itself is inconvenient. If you've seen it, there are windows blocking the upper part of the buffet area, which obstructs access.
I won't even mention the ergonomics of the space and the gigantic queues. On that note, the hotel's overall design is very strange; the small space isn't used very wisely. You'll never find your way around the right place the first time; everything is through tunnels and passages—not very convenient.

We were also disappointed with the entertainment; there's absolutely nothing to do in the evenings. We went to the cabaret, which has a paid menu, but left after 15 minutes, having seen the same belly dancing show as the one at the neighboring restaurant where we'd been earlier that evening. The girls had simply finished working there and then moved on to dance the same thing at the cabaret.
Overall, the hotel is a matter of taste, of course, but a stay there isn't worth the money.
