We arrived at 7 am. Cleared customs quickly. IMPORTANT: do not buy Vodafone internet cards at the airport. Deception. Everything was ok last time. In this one, they sold a card for calls only for $ 12 under the guise of the Internet. Without Internet. You can't check in Arabic. This is where they cheat. A lot of people in our hotel are like this. When selling guaranteed 20 MB of internet. The Vodafone service center confirmed to us that we were deceived. And you can't prove anything. Buy at the hotel or nearby. So at least there are ends. And the price is the same.
The hotel has free wi-fi, slow but adequate.
Reception one for 2 hotels (and King Tut). They didn't ask for money. They just offered to pay 10 USD. for a room to move in immediately. We paid. Rooms 2. I didn't ask to be around. But they gave it even without asking. We went to look at the number on the typewriter. Didn't like it, because on the 1st floor without a balcony. People walk under the windows, in the pool, which the room overlooks, is constantly being renovated - noise and dust, workers under the windows. We returned to the reception. No problem changed rooms (again close by) on the 3rd floor. The rooms are good and big. Yes, there are breakdowns (the toilet does not flush, the air conditioner does not work), but upon request they immediately repaired it.
Another thing I liked was the silence. There is no music all night under the windows. Good soundproofing. You can sleep. The sea is nearby. This is a huge plus for a small area. Bought in the sea - 2 minutes - and you are in a warm shower in the room. Restaurants nearby. In general, everything is convenient and compact. Beautiful landscaped area. 3 restaurants, we went to our own, because there are fewer people and no queues. Food for Egypt and budget 5 is good. I haven't heard of poisoning. Delicious, fresh food. There is meat, fish, squid, chicken. The pastries are ordinary, but this is not Turkey : ) There are not enough fruits here - dates, oranges and sometimes bananas. We liked. Pleasant service staff, always wished you bon appetit : ) Maybe it's because we also like to smile at people and appreciate their work.
Separately, I note the cleaning of our cleaner Mohammed (3307 and 3308). If the management reads the review, this employee needs to be rewarded, so he cleans up carefully. We don't do much cleaning. But this was a pleasant surprise. Even the perfume after cleaning the room was, it smelled of the East : )
Loved the yoga classes by the sea. A good animator who leads the exercises. I enjoyed visiting.
Beach 2. Small with low tides. But you can swim and there is no wind. And with a pier - a strong wind, but swam. Only when the yacht with cylinders arrived and covered the water at the pier with mud, it was unpleasant. Why dump feces where people bathe? Stood for 2 days and interfered with swimming. Sunbeds are always available, at any time.
Near the hotel you can walk - a lot of shops, a supermarket and fruit shops. A couple of times we went to the old town and to the Marina, the fish market. Subjectively - it makes no sense to pay for a taxi. Near the hotel the same prices.
Tours were not taken. They came to the sea : ) The guide from TUI pleasantly surprised me too - he didn’t soar excursions, he correctly gave information and his viber. In the last hotel, the guide even threatened that we did not buy excursions from him. Here, everything is polite and correct.
