There were unusual impressions about this hotel, everything seemed to be fine, but they spoiled the impression with some nuances.
The three of us traveled, took one single and a double. The flight was delayed for 2 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 14.30. We all know that check-out in Egyptian hotels is at 12.00, and check-in after 14.00. And to our amazement, the accommodation service (which ruined the first impression) stated that they did not intend to accommodate us before 20.00!!!
Is this in a 5* hotel after we paid almost $6000 for the stay?
Naturally, there was a huge scandal and the check-in took place after 15 minutes. Why do this with people who are on their feet from 3 in the morning - a mystery.
The rooms are beautiful, the view from the balcony is brilliant (only if it's a sea view), the hotel has a small percentage of rooms overlooking the road, you need to take this into account. Purely.

Food for Egypt is very good. I liked the service and cleanliness of dishes and waiters.
Beach: long, places - blockage, it's cool that the sunbeds are at a decent distance from each other. Personal space is preserved. But the sea is SHALLOW! Skadovsk reminds me). But I don’t like reefs and fish, I liked it. But whoever loves - spat.
And of course, the big flaw is the animation. Very boring in the evenings. Everyone crowds in the lobby until 11 entertaining themselves, and disperse. Only we walked around the territory. True, in the evening one working bar is only in the lobby, and everything is closed throughout the territory. Probably specially pragmatic Germans made it so that no one wandered. Well, in vain!
If you have GALL Inc, during the day, you can eat on the beach from 12 to 17 hours, in the pool bar from 13-16, and in the main restaurant 13-15. You have to sign checks all the time, but this is the eternal scourge of hotels where there is HB.
Drinking (any) - darkness. Even wine and beer... Take it with you! And if you didn’t take it, then there is a dutik not far from the hotel, you can go in the first two days.
The pool was cold!
It is unpleasant that the mini bar is paid (even water in it! ), wi-fi is also paid, the sauna in the spa...
This is definitely not GALL Inc!
There is an opportunity to go to the a la carte restaurant 2 times, I liked it. Sign up in advance!
The staff is well trained and quiet, it pleased.
But for some reason, the desire to come to this hotel again did not arise.
