The hotel is excellent for winter holidays. We are not the biggest lovers of the underwater world, we wanted more comfort, we like seal rest on the beach more, and in the evening we like to go somewhere to have fun. They settled us quickly, I liked the room, everything was exactly as in the description and in the pictures, the cleaning was on time, nothing broke, the furniture was comfortable, there were no complaints about the plumbing. The territory is well-groomed, everything is thought out, beautiful paths, in the evening, when the lights are turned on, it’s generally super. The animation is not very bad, the guys work all day, arrange games, exercises, water aerobics and so on, they hold different shows in the evening, in general, it’s interesting, we didn’t get bored. The staff is trained, neatly dressed, everyone is polite, they constantly ask how they are resting, the only language of communication is German or English, this is understandable, since there are not many Russian-speaking vacationers, but for us this has not been a problem for a long time. In terms of nutrition, everything was not bad either, there is always a choice for every taste, I don’t see any reason to describe the food, we personally had enough of everything, there were no queues in restaurants, the waiters work very quickly and sincerely, which earned us tips, but for good service at all no pity. I liked the beach, the main thing is that there were always free sun loungers, we sometimes came really late. The entry into the sea is normal, but the water is cold for me, so I didn’t swim much, but I forced myself to plunge, after all, they flew to the sea. It is also cool in the evening, jeans and a warm jacket are a must, some even went in down jackets. In such weather, we decided on a trip to Cairo, in warm weather we always didn’t want to waste time on this, we also went on a desert safari. So the hotel definitely deserves attention, here they know how to create a very inviting atmosphere.
