Нормальный отель Normal hotel

I returned from Hurghada 5 days ago!
The hotel is not bad, I give a solid 4, but no more
let's start like this:
1) as always, at first they gave the number not the one that was prescribed on the tour, but immediately changed it))
2) every day they cleaned the room, but they didn’t lay out anything from the towels, and we left at 1u. e - maybe not enough...
3) the food is normal - though not very varied - a lot was repeated - and not a very large selection
4) it’s not very far to go to the sea, but it’s difficult in the heat... and the buses run from 9 in the morning... and we were already on the beach at 8... - so we walked
5) lived in the main building - there are rooms with a balcony, and in the second without - it looks like a prison... like the sea and without a balcony - a nightmare
6) the animation was not heard... the animators speak Russian
7) when we took the tour, we were told that there are very few Russians there - not true, half are approximately Russians, and half are Germans...
If I had spent my entire holiday at the hotel, the reviews would have been worse.
