Air conditioning in the room is not strong, but it was enough for us. The only drawback is poor sound insulation, but we were lucky, we had no neighbors, on the last night only the Germans settled.

Sea. To swim with a mask, you have to go to the pier. It is full of fish and corals with sea urchins). And just swimming and on the common beach is enough...
