In general, everything is not bad, but the rooms and the beach are very upset ...the rooms are terrible. One room was given with a view of the construction site, the second - of the pool. Both rooms do not have a balcony. We have not seen anything like this anywhere ...(mold in the shower, old shabby furniture. When I moved the curtain, dust fell from it. 3 times We could not get into our rooms. As a result, the lock was completely changed (we sat and waited for 1.5 hours). Constant smell paint in the room in the afternoon… the beach is very small for this hotel… at 9.30 there are no empty seats.

About the service. It was very noticeable how Russian speakers are treated here. No way. )) Service in this hotel is only for Europeans! On the beach, drinks are brought to the restaurant. To the Russians, even if they asked for it themselves, they waited, but they didn’t wait)) it didn’t bother us much, but still the difference in servicing Russian speakers and Europeans was very felt.


We were in the oriental restaurant on my birthday.
When they brought the main course, meat (which no one ordered) instead of seafood - we waited 20 minutes until the plates were brought, then I asked the waiter to invite his chef - he brought the plates, but we had already turned around and left. The mood was already spoiled ...I am silent already about the fact that no one even congratulated. We even rested in 4-ka for a birthday, always congratulated solemnly even without surcharges. We found a lot of pluses for ourselves, we didn’t get hung up on these little things, but there are other hotels, for the same money, where everything is still on a completely different level. Everything in comparison...

We were very pleased with the food, we liked everything. The hotel area is beautiful, not far from the sea (considering that this is the second line). Loved the kids water park. Of course, they were satisfied with the rest, but not with the hotel.
